Feminist leadership aims for nothing less than the redesign of the world of work with the goal of socio-ecological transformation. For everyone. But how do we find our way when the goal is vague? When do we move forward courageously, listen confidently and connect with one another? In the darkness, we put one foot in front of the other and explore the path. And sometimes we ask the question again: why is this feminist now?<\/p>\n
In this workshop, we will examine structures that continuously enable feminist leadership in organisations. We will discuss stepping stones such as cooperatives, quotas, and the menstrual cycle at work.<\/p>\n
We will also explore how theories and stories sharpen our sense of direction and stimulate our imagination. We will look at work fairy tales (4-in-1 model, Frigga Haug), the power of doubt (Source, Tom Nixon), and humanity's first tool: the bag (carrier bag theory, Ursula K.
