The tensegrity principle as a living model for the organic distribution and communication of force and forces<\/h6>\n

The connective tissue, in conjunction with the skeleton, forms the physiological basis in the body for a stress-resistant system that can self-tension in gravity.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the tensegrity principle, this creates a three-dimensional adaptability to forces that allows our body to become one in its variety of forms while simultaneously anchoring it in the world in a mobile manner.<\/p>\n

In this practical workshop, I use body awareness experiments from the Feldenkrais Method, experiential anatomy and improvisation to experience these effects on your own body and apply the potential to interpersonal relationships, our interconnectedness in the world and to fields of work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Vitaly has already walked 5,300 kilometres across Europe. He shares his adventures as a speaker, among other things. at TEDx,<\/a> to people for inspiration. This resulted in a collaboration with Kamil Barbarski<\/a> the idea of passing on this inspiration to organisations and teams, resulting in Walkaboutyou<\/a> came into being.<\/p>\n

With Walkaboutyou, Witali offers outdoor workshops for teams and organisational processes, guiding them in using nature as a source of inspiration and strength.<\/p>\n

He uses tools and techniques from Theory U, Search Inside Yourself, design thinking, nature coaching and many other methods, transferring them to the natural world.<\/p>\n

He is also an entrepreneur and founder of Rausgegangen, one of the largest platforms for regional artists and events in Germany.<\/p>\n

Workshop: Nature as a teacher<\/h4>

Nature as a teacher for regenerative and sustainable organisations<\/h3>\n

In this two-part workshop consisting of a work- & walk-shop, we will look at nature as a teacher for regenerative and sustainable organisations.<\/p>\n

The oldest tree in the world discovered to date is approximately 10,000 years old, while the average tree in Germany is approximately 77 years old.<\/p>\n

How is it that the difference is so huge? How do we as humans intervene in our ecosystem and what impact do our actions have? Why do we want to become \u201cactive\u201d when sometimes being \"still\" would be the right answer?.<\/p>\n

Vitaly takes you on a journey through nature, through perception, feeling, being still, and how this process can inspire us and our organisations.<\/p>\n

Part I consists of an impulse and the opportunity to take on different perspectives and immerse oneself in small groups.<\/p>\n

Part II is an outdoor section, the Walkshop, where we will be moving around outside the grounds, moderated by Witali.<\/p>\n

Workshop: Good renewable energy report<\/h4>

Almost no one enjoys writing sustainability reports, and even fewer people enjoy reading them. Yet these texts ideally provide clear and concise information about the organisation's actual stance on regenerativity, the measures that have been implemented, and what is planned \u2013 without any greenwashing.<\/p>\n

Every organisation should be involved in making its own business model regenerative and communicating this. Finding the right balance in reports is not that easy. We, at least, had many questions: What exactly is regenerative? How can a company approach this goal? Why is a regenerative report necessary? How do you communicate it? And above all: What is the core of the report? What is important? Where does it become illegible? And who are we actually addressing?<\/p>\n

We would like to explore with you in an interactive, dynamic workshop what regenerative business means and how a regenerative report can contribute to it.<\/p>\n

In a staged reading, we share insights and questions from Neue Narrative's first regenerative report. Paraya Diallo plays his music for people and, above all, with them. It is easy to get into the groove of his music and \u2013 if you like \u2013 you can sing along. The songs are characterised by deep spirituality, love for people and confidence in life. His music is intensely melodious, lively and cheerful at the same time. His music carries you away. Paraya plays for us together with Moussa Coulibaly (balafon) and Thomas Osei (calabash).<\/p>\n

The concert on OE Day will be his first concert in Berlin, where he has been living since April 2023. Paraya was born in Guinea-Conakry, West Africa. He grew up with his beloved grandmother, who taught him to live in harmony with nature and to always treat all living beings with respect. He followed his passion for music from an early age and studied with various teachers, including guitarist and composer Alpha Yaya Diallo. Paraya Diallo played in various bands and began his own projects as a soloist in 2019. His first recordings were made at JJ Music Studio in Conakry. His first single was released in May this year and we can look forward to his first album (to be released in autumn 23). Paraya Diallo composes and writes his own songs during the pandemic. They are written in French, his native language Peulh and other languages of Guinea.

How and why is the experience of silence restorative and regenerating? How can we practise cultivating more stillness and silence in our daily lives? What do physical movement and nature have to do with our experience of silence?<\/span><\/p>\n

We often think of silence as the absence of noise and something that can be practised primarily by sitting still. Yet the experience of silence is as individual as we are and can come in many different shapes and sizes, depending on our individual preferences and circumstances at any given time.<\/p>\n

In this two-hour workshop we will explore the experience of silence from a variety of perspectives - including our physical senses, various forms of movement, and attunement with nature. After 15 years working in peace and human rights, I took the plunge last year and started my own business. My aim is to support social change and transformation processes not only in distant lands, but also in my home society. And above all, I want to do this using narrative methods.<\/p>\n

My focus is increasingly on encouraging people and enabling them to develop narratives for the future that allow them to set out on their journey and play a concrete role in shaping these visions of the future.<\/p>\n

A new term has emerged... and is increasingly on everyone's lips. Renewable<\/strong>. When it comes to development, the major changes that seem necessary to preserve the Earth and thus also ourselves, and our coexistence, whether in our private or professional lives.<\/p>\n

But what does this term mean? In concrete terms. For you. In your everyday life. And also: how does it feel?<\/p>\n

To explore these questions, I would like to invite you to join a storytelling circle. We will search for stories that tell of regeneration. Wera Stein has been working at Wigwam eG, a communications agency for social and environmental causes, since 2014. The company is owned by 25 people who manage it collectively. They produce political campaigns, well-designed graphics, tailor-made websites and meaningful process consulting.<\/p>\n

In addition to her work as a web designer and presenter, Wera Stein was involved in the conversion from a limited company to a cooperative (eG) in 2016, served on the supervisory board and is now on the executive board for internal organisational development. Trained in contemporary dance, she has experienced what it means to be part of a whole while remaining true to herself. She likes to apply this approach to processes in organisations.<\/p>\n

Workshop: Feminist leadership needs structure and stories<\/h4>

Just because we know how things should no longer be, that doesn't mean we know how to achieve change. Feminist leadership aims for nothing less than the redesign of the world of work with the goal of socio-ecological transformation. For everyone. But how do we find our way when the goal is vague? When do we move forward courageously, listen confidently and connect with one another? In the darkness, we put one foot in front of the other and explore the path. And sometimes we ask the question again: why is this feminist now?<\/p>\n

In this workshop, we will examine structures that continuously enable feminist leadership in organisations. We will discuss stepping stones such as cooperatives, quotas, and the menstrual cycle at work.<\/p>\n

We will also explore how theories and stories sharpen our sense of direction and stimulate our imagination. We will look at work fairy tales (4-in-1 model, Frigga Haug), the power of doubt (Source, Tom Nixon), and humanity's first tool: the bag (carrier bag theory, Ursula K. Lino Zeddies is a consultant for transformation, self-organisation and utopia development at Reinventing Society. After working as a plural economist, money reformer and coach, in which he dealt intensively with both social and inner transformation, his work is focussed on integral social development. In April 2020, he published the book \"Utopia 2048\", in which he brings together the numerous small and large solutions for a more beautiful world in a narrative style.<\/p>\n

Simone Bromma is co-founder of Wecreation and co-creator of the learning platform 'Future Skills'. The Wecreation team empowers people in organisations to actively shape their own (working) world through cultural change and future skills. Workshop: Regenerative organisations \u2013 exchange of experiences and space for reflection<\/h4>

What defines a regenerative organisation? What structures are needed? What does it mean to work cyclically, lead collectively and trust in emergence? And what does this have to do with ecosystems, nature and our own joy of learning?<\/p>\n

In this workshop, Lino from Reinventing Society and Simone Bromma from Wecreation would like to share experiences, good practices and insights from their respective organisations and invite participants to engage in a joint exchange on regenerative organisational structures and cultures. Britta Loschke considers her work particularly successful when positions shift and steps become possible that were previously unthinkable. On the way there, she supports the focus on positive experiences and the courage to have visions. For her, stimulating concrete visions of the future are the beginning of change... as are a wink and patience for the phases in which nothing seems to be moving at all.\u00a0
She holds a degree in landscape planning and a master's degree in educational science, as well as being a supervisor, and has a particular passion for facilitating large groups.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Christa Cocciole<\/h6><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Christa Cocciole is a Berlin-based body-centred systemic therapist (DGSF) and embodied leadership consultant. She combines her background as a dancer, choreographer and social activist with her spiritual practice in an approach she has called \"Radical Presence: moving with playful compassion\". Her work supports organisations and communities to strengthen resilience and systemic social transformation.<\/p>\n

Her more than 30 years of international experience as a therapist specialising in trauma has taken her to places such as Bosnia during and after the war, psychiatric hospitals, and team and community building on issues of embodied social justice in the United States and throughout Europe. She currently works as a therapist and trainer in her private practice (live and online) with individuals, teams, groups and organisations.

Workshop: Emergent Strategy<\/h4>

We \u2013 Christa Cocciole and Britta Loschke \u2013 have long been preoccupied with the contradiction between self-care and caring for or responsibility for others and the community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What if this contradiction is only apparent? What if being more mindful does not contradict caring for others and the whole? What if caring for oneself meant connecting with others? What if, in addition to our legitimate\u00a0 <\/span>Enthusiasm for things alone creates the experience of interdependence or vulnerability?<\/p>\n
