Es bewirkt eine vergleichsweise hohe Gesamtbelastung in der Organisation (viele Personen sind gleichzeitig in Arbeitsprozesse eingebunden). Wenn Einzelinterviews zu aufw\u00e4ndig sind, f\u00fchren wir auch Fokusgespr\u00e4che mit Teilteams durch oder integrieren die Bestandsaufnahme in den Start-Workshop. Der Meilenstein zwischen Entwicklung und Umsetzung ist ein formales Entscheidungsmoment (z.B.
