Jeder Atemzug ist Ver\u00e4nderung, jeder Tag bringt Neues und Unerwartetes. Systeme, die sich nicht ver\u00e4ndern, sterben fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter.<\/p>\n<p>Ver\u00e4nderungen sind anstrengend, weil sie Kontrollverlust bedeuten und uns herausfordern, uns zu bewegen, wenn wir uns gerade noch auf dem Erreichten ausruhen wollen. Zugleich schenkt Wandel Hoffnung: die Verhei\u00dfung, neuen Ufern entgegenzusteuern. Ver\u00e4nderungen in Organisationen werden m\u00f6glich, wenn die Energie aus Leidensdruck auf gemeinsame Ziele und den Ausblick auf Handlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten trifft.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei erleben wir Menschen h\u00e4ufig das \u201eParadox der Ver\u00e4nderung\u201c: Aus der emotionalen Annahme eines unangenehmen, vielleicht sogar hoffnungslos erscheinenden Zustands kann der Funke f\u00fcr tiefgreifende Ver\u00e4nderungen z\u00fcnden. Wir unterst\u00fctzen euch dabei, Ver\u00e4nderungsenergie freizusetzen!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Von Planbarkeit zur Emergenz<br \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Noch vor Kurzem wurden Ver\u00e4nderungen wie Projekte geplant, mit festen Meilensteinen und messbaren Indikatoren. In einer zunehmend volatilen und mehrdeutigen Welt unterliegen Ver\u00e4nderungen jedoch immer \u00f6fter der Emergenz. Eigendynamiken entstehen in bedeutungsvollen Gespr\u00e4chen oder gemeinsamem Handeln, besonders in komplexen Wirkungsgef\u00fcgen. Ver\u00e4nderungsbegleitung bedeutet, unvorhergesehene L\u00f6sungen zu ersp\u00fcren und ihnen Raum zu geben \u2013 auch, wenn Phasen der Verwirrung oder des Stillstands ausgehalten werden m\u00fcssen, bis sich der Knoten l\u00f6st. Wir unterst\u00fctzen euch dabei, das Entstehende wahrzunehmen und geben Orientierung in der Unsicherheit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Trittsicherheit f\u00fcr nachhaltige Ver\u00e4nderungen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Tiefgreifende Ver\u00e4nderungen ben\u00f6tigen Trittsicherheit. Die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Entscheidungsprozesse, Kommunikationsabl\u00e4ufe oder Teamroutinen k\u00f6nnen herausfordernd sein bis sie zur gelebten Praxis werden. H\u00e4ufig schleichen sich alte Gewohnheiten wieder ein.
