Doch dank der Unterst\u00fctzung von SOCIUS lernte ich, wie ich meinen Beitrag in einer kollegial gef\u00fchrten Organisation leisten kann. Diese Erfahrung er\u00f6ffnete mir neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Zusammenarbeit und Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit. Die Zusammenarbeit war sowohl f\u00fcr uns als auch die Projektpartner*innen sehr bereichernd. Das Team von SOCIUS hat uns in einem gemeinsamen Lernprozess als flexibler und empathischer Partner zuverl\u00e4ssig unterst\u00fctzt. Dies war gerade in schwierigen herausfordernden Momenten wichtig, wo wir im Prozess auch mal spontan neue Wege und Methoden finden mussten, um zu einem guten gemeinsamen Ergebnis zu kommen.
