Was mich antreibt, ist, Menschen und Teams zu unterst\u00fctzen, mit sich und ihrer Umwelt tiefer in Kontakt zu treten \u2013 um in Verantwortungs\u00fcbernahme f\u00fcr das eigene Handeln einen Beitrag f\u00fcr eine gerechtere und nachhaltigere Welt, in Deutschland wie international, zu leisten. Ruhe und Zugewandtheit sind Qualit\u00e4ten, die ich dabei einbringe, um Teams in Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen Orientierung zu geben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das Prinzip \u201estrong back, soft front, wild heart\u201c (Bren\u00e9 Brown) inspiriert mich: Mut, f\u00fcr eigene Werte, Haltungen und Tr\u00e4ume einzustehen, und zugleich die Bereitschaft, dem Gegen\u00fcber Raum zu geben. Ein kreativer Tieftauchgang zu strategischen Fragestellungen, die fundierte Wirkungsanalyse oder das Schrauben an koh\u00e4renten Strukturl\u00f6sungen sind f\u00fcr mich ebenso wie belastbare Beziehungen Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Entwicklungssch\u00fcbe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mein Studium der S\u00fcdostasienwissenschaften, Geographie und \u00d6konomie f\u00fchrte mich f\u00fcr 13 Jahre nach Indonesien. Der mutige Einsatz lokaler NGOs im Globalen S\u00fcden pr\u00e4gt mich bis heute. Seit 2013 lebe ich mit meinen beiden fast erwachsenen Kindern wieder in meiner Geburtsstadt Berlin.<\/span><\/p>\n
