Die Freude an Kreativit\u00e4t, Kommunikation und Klarheit tr\u00e4gt meine Begleitung von Einzelnen, Teams und Organisationen in Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen. Menschen in ihrer Selbstwirksamkeit und Teams in der Entwicklung eigener L\u00f6sungen zu unterst\u00fctzen, begeistert mich immer wieder aufs Neue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Balance zwischen leidenschaftlichem Engagement f\u00fcr Herzensthemen und klaren Strukturen sowie die Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen haupt- und ehrenamtlich t\u00e4tigen Menschen haben meine Arbeit als Freiwilligendienstkoordinatorin bei der Stiftung Sch\u00fcler*innen Helfen Leben gepr\u00e4gt. Diskriminierungssensible F\u00fchrungsarbeit, das Management eines stetig wachsenden F\u00f6rderprogramms f\u00fcr entwicklungspolitische Schulpartnerschaften und die Verankerung antirassistischer Bildungsarbeit waren wesentliche Schwerpunkte in meiner Rolle als Abteilungsleiterin bei Engagement Global gGmbH.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit dem Erfahrungsschatz aus ehrenamtlicher Jugendbildungs-, Vorstands- und Stiftungsratsarbeit und Berufst\u00e4tigkeit in einer Stiftung und dem \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst bin ich 2019 von Berlin zur\u00fcck nach Hamburg gezogen, habe meine Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit gegr\u00fcndet und bin kurz darauf Teil des SOCIUS Teams geworden.<\/p>\n
