Ich arbeite mit gro\u00dfem Vertrauen in Selbstorganisation und liebe den Weg zwischen kreativer Dynamik und pr\u00e4gnanten Strukturen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mein Ausbildungsweg konzentriert sich auf das Thema Organisation: Neben einem von der kritischen Psychologie gepr\u00e4gten Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der FU Berlin habe ich einen Master in Business Studies mit Fokus auf Management und Organisation an der UCD Dublin absolviert.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ich habe viele Jahre in Kollektiven und Initiativen sowie in Unternehmen und Stiftungen im internationalen Kontext gearbeitet \u2013 unter anderem in Bosnien-Herzegowina als Programmleiter f\u00fcr ASF und die WoH Foundation for Victims of War sowie in der Durchf\u00fchrung internationaler Forschungsprojekte f\u00fcr SKP Strategy Consultants. Mit SOCIUS begleite ich seit 2002 Ver\u00e4nderungs- und Strategieprozesse bei Organisationen und Netzwerken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ich lebe in Partnerschaft und Gemeinschaft zwischen Stadt und Land, liebe das Meer und die Welt und habe eine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Jazz-Improvisation \u2013 stets fasziniert von Menschen, die wirklich zuh\u00f6ren k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n
