Ich bin 1982 geboren und seit 2016 als Innovationscoach, Facilitator, Organisationsentwickler und Konfliktmediator t\u00e4tig. Nach meinem Designstudium entdeckte ich in der Lehre meine Leidenschaft, Menschen bei der Entfaltung ihres kreativen Potenzials zu begleiten und daran zu wachsen. Heute unterst\u00fctze ich Teams und Organisationen dabei, innovationsfreundliche, lebendige und menschliche Kulturen und Prozesse zu entwickeln. Ich helfe ihnen, sowohl ihre Zusammenarbeit als auch ihre Wertsch\u00f6pfung neu zu gestalten. Dabei lasse ich meine Erfahrungen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen wie New Work, Konfliktmediation, Design Thinking und Mindfulness einflie\u00dfen und lehre diese Themen an diversen Hochschulen (u. a. Universit\u00e4t Witten\/Herdecke, Hasso-Plattner-Institut Potsdam und SMI Steinbeis).<\/span><\/p>\n

Ein Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit ist die Durchf\u00fchrung partizipativer Gestaltungsprozesse, in denen unterschiedliche Menschen und Organisationen zusammengebracht und bef\u00e4higt werden, gemeinsam Probleme zu l\u00f6sen und Neues zu gestalten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Besonders wichtig ist es mir, R\u00e4ume zu schaffen, die Begegnungen f\u00f6rdern \u2013 mit sich selbst und mit anderen \u2013 und so den Weg f\u00fcr nachhaltige Ver\u00e4nderungen und sinnstiftende Zusammenarbeit ebnen.<\/span><\/p>\n
