Writing as a creative practice in organisational development<\/h6>\n

\"Sit down and write about it\" - probably very few people hear this sentence in their day-to-day work unless they are journalists or editors. That's a shame, because creative writing harbours huge potential for exploring new possibilities for your own actions and shaping reflection processes.<\/p>\n

In this workshop, we will try out various writing prompts in a group setting that can offer new perspectives in the field of organisational development. We will write about important topics, experiment, explore, discard \u2013 and learn how creative writing can benefit our everyday work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Jasmin Br\u00fcckner<\/h6>

Jasmin Br\u00fcckner<\/strong> (M.A. Biographical and Creative Writing) works as a freelance spoken word artist, copywriter and creative writing workshop leader in Halle\/Saale. Since 2017, she has been performing on cabaret and poetry slam stages in German-speaking countries, sharing spoken word texts about greatness and sensitivity, world-weariness and her own inability to transport a bucket of wall paint on a bicycle rack. In 2020, she published the anthology am Goldenen Faden, followed in 2021 by the book project Hoffnung\u00b2.<\/p>\n

In creative writing workshops, she helps people give voice to their own topics and provide them with a platform. Improvisation plays a major role in this, allowing participants to engage in creative thought experiments and explore new possibilities. Accompanying and initiating these processes is one of Jasmin's passions.<\/p>\n

Workshop: PROACTIVE AND REACTIVE SURFING<\/h4>

Improvised painting as a collaborative process<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this workshop, which is not only for talented painters, we experiment with creative methods in which individual authorship explicitly takes a back seat.<\/p>\n

The starting point is the painterly alienation of press photos and print media, which we apply to a canvas (60\u00d750 cm). Mutual inspiration and cross-fertilisation arise through the further processing of the OTHER's painting. The goal is a collaborative work and a relativisation of the OWN.<\/p>\n

Letting go of one's own ideas and consciously dealing with artistic resonance has a long history in art, as does the transfer to print media.<\/p>\n

I will provide support during the painting process and offer further inspiration through reference images from art history.<\/p>\n

For 27 years, I was an art teacher at secondary schools in Switzerland. At the same time, I always continued my artistic work and held over 30 exhibitions. Hello, my name is Pia Schnurr. Born and raised in Berlin, I currently live in Bielefeld with my two children. My professional career has been quite varied. I come from a background in paediatric palliative care, trained as a clown and studied theatre education.<\/p>\n

I work as a lecturer, speaker and coach. My work always focuses on changing perspectives and personal development, connecting the mind and body and getting them moving.<\/p>\n

Workshop: Just because - or the meaning of meaninglessness<\/h6>\n

The world of a clown is in the here and now, full of wonders that want to be perceived and felt.
Approaching things, people and situations without judgement, curiously thinking to yourself: That's interesting.<\/p>\n

We approach this impartiality in a playful manner.
With various exercises from improvisational dance and theatre.
This only works if each and every individual lets go of their own plan and surrenders to the game.
Perhaps it does not appear to make sense in detail, but it does make sense overall.<\/p>\n

Using your own feelings as welcome companions and following your intuition.
And have fun, because that makes sense ;-)<\/p>\n

Possibilities and effects of free music<\/h6>\n

\u201eImprovisation has musical, psychological and social explosive power. It can break down walls of convention, rigidity and blockages. That is precisely why many people steer clear of it from the outset.\u201c (Fritz Hegi)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Not us! In our two-hour workshop, participants are encouraged to play and explore: what does the world around us sound like, what does our space sound like, what do objects sound like, what do we sound like? What do I and you sound like? And what do we sound like together? How clear can we become in our improvisational practice? How do we experience ambiguity and diversity when improvising? How can I influence, where do I surrender, how flexible am I and how do I want to be present? How do I shape my \u201epart-in-whole-being\u201c?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Simon Strasser has been active as a freelance musician in the new music scene for 25 years, particularly as a member of the Berlin ensemble mosaik. The workshop is aimed at anyone who is interested in a playful, creative approach to the topic of conflict and perhaps also wants to take some methodological ideas back to their own practice. Through practical exercises and games as well as scenic improvisations, we approach conflicts, especially personal patterns of behaviour in conflict situations, and experience how theatre can provide impetus for reflection in a playful way. \u00a0 <\/span>Till Baumann worked for around twenty years as a trainer and theatre maker in conflict management, peace and human rights work in Europe and Latin America. His work focused primarily on exploring creative, artistic and movement-oriented methods related to conflict, including as part of the design and trainer team for the continuing education programme \u201eKreativ im Konflikt\u201c (Creative in Conflict). He is the editor and translator of\u00a0 <\/span>Augusto Boal's \u201eExercises and Games for Actors and Non-Actors\u201c (2013). He now works primarily as a supervisor and coach (DGSv) and systemic organisational consultant with specialists\/managers, teams and organisations in Berlin and internationally.<\/p>\n

In a world characterised by rapid change and unpredictable challenges, the ability to act flexibly is more important than ever. As it becomes increasingly difficult to orient ourselves by external standards, access to our deep, inner wisdom becomes increasingly important. By experiencing coherence within ourselves, we are able to respond flexibly to complex situations and improvise with elegance and creativity.<\/p>\n

This is precisely where the SySt Tetralemma (TLA) can help us expand our options for action and develop innovative solution strategies. Rooted in various philosophical traditions, working with the TLA goes beyond purely cognitive approaches and involves our bodies, making it versatile in modern systemic counselling.<\/p>\n

In this interactive workshop, we will experience how applying TLA leads to inner coherence and strengthens our ability to improvise. G\u00e1bor has been working in an international context for renowned organisations and consulting firms since 2001. He has been self-employed since 2015 and works as a consultant, coach and trainer in various industries, cultures and hierarchical levels in transformation processes and challenging situations. His working method is based on a solution-focused, resource-oriented attitude, characterised by a systemic-syntactic approach based on SySt\u00ae and inspired by Dr Gunther Schmidt's hypnosystemic approach. G\u00e1bor teaches leadership, complexity and transformation at universities in Germany, Austria and Hungary.<\/p>\n

The power of perspective<\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/span>\u201ePerspective\u201c as a technical term refers to the relationship between a body and space, and offers us a fragrant bouquet of metaphors for the OE.<\/p>\n

It distorts, emphasises, irritates, measures, joins and separates. It provides orientation. Shall we first take a look at the basics and then venture into the finer details?<\/p>\n

Comprehensibility (as an important factor in resilience) serves humanistic activism, which pursues solidarity rather than division. But how can we get there?\u2026
In stressful, divisive situations, we are less inclined to seek understanding. Perspectives are chosen and defended based on the greatest possible habit. In doing so, we forfeit access to courage, curiosity and vulnerability \u2013 the very things that relationship work requires.
Perspective means \u201emy relationship to the world\u201c and asks for new narratives: \u201eHow\u00a0 <\/span>w i l l\u00a0<\/span><\/i> How should I view it?\u201c
We will explore the fluidity of our constructions of reality using the tools of physical theatre; inclusive, barrier-free. With diversity of perspective as our tool and attitude. We will gain insights that we can integrate into our everyday lives. Perhaps the following: profundity can be fun, and the developing mind needs play as much as we need air to breathe.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Since becoming active in the social sector (26 years ago), I have been enthusiastic about playing in groups. In particular, I enjoy exploring and self-reflection without losing any of the light-heartedness.
My work at and with independent alternative schools has shaped me: self-determined learning and being for ALL people is the cornerstone of my values. As an organisational developer and consultant, my work with teams is also about enabling growth for myself and everyone else through my own development.
