1. right of cancellation for consumers<\/h3>\n

You have the right, within <\/span>fortnight to cancel this contract without giving reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date,<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • in the case of a sales contract: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • in the case of a contract for several goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately: on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last goods.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You can use the enclosed <\/span>Sample cancellation form which, however, is not mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\n

    To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. consequences of the cancellation<\/h3>\n

    If you withdraw from this contract, we will have <\/span>All payments, We will reimburse you for all costs we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), <\/span>immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

    For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; <\/span>under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.<\/span><\/p>\n

    We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You have the goods <\/span>immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract, to be returned or handed over to us.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You carry the <\/span>direct costs of returning the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation<\/h3>\n

    The right of cancellation exists <\/span>not for the following contracts:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • on the delivery of goods that <\/span>Not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly customised to personal needs;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • on the delivery of <\/span>Sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • for contracts for the supply of <\/span>digital content, if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us commencing performance before the expiry of the cancellation period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation upon commencement of performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      For <\/span>Contracts for participation in educational events (seminars, workshops, courses) applies: A right of cancellation exists in principle, <\/span>as these are not leisure events within the meaning of Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.<\/p>\n

      The right of cancellation <\/span>expires prematurely, when<\/span><\/p>\n

      • we have provided the service (the event) in full, <\/span>after<\/li>\n
      • you have expressly agreed that we may commence the performance of the service before the expiry of the cancellation period, and<\/span><\/li>\n
      • you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation upon complete fulfilment of the contract (Section 356 (4) BGB).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Overview<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          • Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\r\n
          • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\r\n
          • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\r\n
          • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Refunds<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Sale items<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Exchanges<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Gifts<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Shipping returns<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
