Impulse zu setzen, damit Organisationen sich zu Orten entwickeln, an denen Menschen gerne arbeiten, sich pers\u00f6nlich entfalten und zum Gelingen des gemeinsamen Sinns beitragen k\u00f6nnen, ist Triebfeder meiner Arbeit. Dabei inspiriert mich die Perspektive auf lebendiges Lernen und selbstorganisierte Prozesse \u2013 nach der alles Lebendige, von der kleinsten Zelle bis zur gr\u00f6\u00dften Organisation, immer lernt und sich aus sich selbst heraus koh\u00e4rent entwickelt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mein Lebensmittelpunkt ist in der sch\u00f6nen Saalestadt Halle, wo ich auch Diplom-P\u00e4dagogik\/Erwachsenenbildung studiert habe. Darauf aufbauend habe ich Ausbildungen im Bereich Konfliktbearbeitung, Organisationsentwicklung und systemische Beratung absolviert. Mit diesem Fundament arbeite ich seit vielen Jahren mit und in Teams im gemeinwohlorientierten Bereich \u2013 als ehrenamtliche Vorst\u00e4ndin, hauptamtliche F\u00fchrungskraft und als freiberufliche Beraterin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meine Wurzeln sind im Erzgebirge, wo mich als Kind und Teenager die Liebe zur Natur und die fr\u00f6hliche Verbundenheit einer Gro\u00dffamilie gepr\u00e4gt haben. Aber auch die Zeit des Umbruchs und der individuellen wie kollektiven Krise in Ostdeutschland sind Teil meines Aufwachsens und haben mich fr\u00fch gelehrt, dass der Umgang mit Krisen und Ver\u00e4nderungen zum Leben geh\u00f6rt und diese als Chance f\u00fcr Entwicklung und Gestaltung zu begreifen.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
