Neben allen methodischen Ans\u00e4tzen sind das zugewandte Gespr\u00e4ch und der ehrlich ausgetragene Dissens die zentralen Werkzeuge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich erlebe Organisationen von innen und au\u00dfen: im Chor, in dem ich seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren aktiv mitsinge; im Community-Organizing, das neben bestehenden Netzwerken strukturell \u00f6ffentlich legitimierte Macht f\u00fcr Menschen schaffen soll, die bisher zu wenig repr\u00e4sentiert sind; und in der Begleitung von Team- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen, die ich seit 2003 moderiere. Dabei f\u00fchle ich mich gleichzeitig als \u201eExperte\u201c wie auch als \u201eLernender\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geboren 1975 in Nordhessen, lebe ich seit 1995 in Berlin, mache gerne Musik, freue mich \u00fcber jedes Gespr\u00e4ch, das \u00fcber Smalltalk hinausgeht, und reise gerne.
