Die Vielfalt unterschiedlicher Perspektiven ist f\u00fcr mich das zentrale Element in Organisationen: Unterschiedliche Lebensl\u00e4ufe, Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Motivationen im Team oder in der Organisation sichtbar zu machen und sie so \u00fcbereinanderzulegen, dass daraus ein breit geteiltes Entwicklungsszenario entsteht, ist die gro\u00dfe Kunst der Organisationsentwicklung. Neben allen methodischen Ans\u00e4tzen sind das zugewandte Gespr\u00e4ch und der ehrlich ausgetragene Dissens die zentralen Werkzeuge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ich erlebe Organisationen von innen und au\u00dfen: im Chor, in dem ich seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren aktiv mitsinge; im Community-Organizing, das neben bestehenden Netzwerken strukturell \u00f6ffentlich legitimierte Macht f\u00fcr Menschen schaffen soll, die bisher zu wenig repr\u00e4sentiert sind; und in der Begleitung von Team- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen, die ich seit 2003 moderiere. Dabei f\u00fchle ich mich gleichzeitig als \u201eExperte\u201c wie auch als \u201eLernender\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n

Geboren 1975 in Nordhessen, lebe ich seit 1995 in Berlin, mache gerne Musik, freue mich \u00fcber jedes Gespr\u00e4ch, das \u00fcber Smalltalk hinausgeht, und reise gerne. In jedem Austausch und Kennenlernen steckt mein innerer Treiber: Perspektiven erfahren und Lernen gestalten. <\/span><\/p>\n
