Am 13. Oktober 2022 waren Nicola Kriesel, Lysan Escher und Andreas Knoth bei der \u201eEvery voice matters\u201c online Konferenz von\u00a0Sociocracy For All<\/a>\u00a0und haben \u00fcber unseren eigenen Transformationsprozess gesprochen:<\/p>\n

Wie wir uns in einer anhaltenden Entwicklung von einem heroisch gef\u00fchrten Unternehmen mit gro\u00dfem Herz und dem Willen zur Arbeit im Team \u00fcber eine post-heroische Phase, in der wir auch viel Unsicherheit erlebt haben und Entscheidungen die im ganzen Team getroffen wurden die scheinbar besten, auf jeden Fall sichersten waren, hin zu einem pan-heroischen Team, in dem wir alle gl\u00e4nzen d\u00fcrfen und vertrauen in die F\u00e4higkeiten der anderen gute Entscheidungen f\u00fcr alle zu treffen.
Um die F\u00e4higkeit zu vertrauen ging es dann auch in dem anschlie\u00dfenden Gespr\u00e4ch und wie wir h\u00f6rten, scheint das ein Thema gewesen zu sein, dass sich durch die gesamte Konferenz zog.<\/p>\n

Wenn wir Soziokratie als eine Praxis von\u00a0Selbstorganisation\u00a0verstehen, dann k\u00f6nnen KonsenTentscheidungen einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Aufbau von Vertrauen in der Organisation leisten. Nicht nur ihr ritueller Ablauf, der eine verabredete Vorhersehbarkeit mit sich bringt, sondern auch die Sicherheit auf jeden Fall geh\u00f6rt zu werden mit der eigenen Meinung und sich darauf verlassen zu k\u00f6nnen, dass es keine Ausgrenzungserfahrungen gibt, wenn ein schwerwiegender Einwand mit Hinblick auf das gemeinsame Ziel vorgebracht wird, tr\u00e4gt zur Vertrauensbildung bei.
Gleichwohl ist es unserer Erfahrung nach nicht damit getan im Kreis zu sprechen (obwohl das auf jeden Fall ein guter Anfang ist!), sondern auch den Mut zu haben f\u00fcr sich, die eigene Meinung, die eigene Erfahrung und die eigenen Argumente einzustehen und sich dem Team damit zu zeigen. Oft klingt das leichter als es in Wirklichkeit ist.
Und auch wenn wir bei SOCIUS seit letztem Jahr die KonsenTentscheidung gemeinsam mit der beratenen Entscheidung in unserer Satzung manifestiert haben, gibt es immer wieder Situationen in den wir uns aktiv gegenseitig an unsere Vereinbarungen erinnern m\u00fcssen, um sie lebendig zu halten.
Das machen wir dann gerne und in gro\u00dfem Vertrauen auf die verabredeten Vorgehensweisen.<\/p>\n

Stell Dir vor, Du gehst durch den Park. Es ist ein sonniger Tag und Du hast nichts weiter vor, als frische Luft zu schnappen. Der gepflasterte Weg, den Du entlangspazierst, m\u00fcndet in eine Kreuzung mit einem anderen Weg, den Du nehmen willst. Im Normalfall gehst Du bis zur Kreuzung, nimmst die Kurve und spazierst auf dem neuen Weg weiter.\u00a0<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n

Der Pfad als Ausdruck von Bed\u00fcrfnissen<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Das deutsche Wort „Trampelpfad\u201c ist als Bezeichnung f\u00fcr einen informellen Fu\u00dfweg eine etwas h\u00e4ssliche Erscheinung. Mir gef\u00e4llt der poetische Begriff „Desire Path“ im Englischen deutlich besser. Er transportiert die Idee, dass jede Subversion ein Motiv markiert, das das formale System noch nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt hat. Ein Desire Path deutet nicht auf Widerstand gegen das formale System an sich hin, sondern auf ein noch unentdecktes Potential des Systems. Ein Pfad sollte mithin kein \u00c4rgernis, sondern eine wertvolle und willkommene Informationsquelle f\u00fcr Systemdesigner:innen sein.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Zur\u00fcck in den Park: Es kann sein, dass es dem Parkservice nicht recht ist, dass Du die Abk\u00fcrzung \u00fcber die Wiese nimmst. Man stellt also ein Schild oder eine Barriere auf. Das mag den einen oder die andere vom Rasen fernhalten, aber Schilder und Barrieren funktionieren nicht wirklich, wenn eine Abk\u00fcrzung oder eine Attraktion stark genug ist. Also geht es einen Schritt weiter: man zieht einen Zaun oder stellt Park Security ein und verst\u00e4rkt die Regulierungsma\u00dfnahmen durch Sanktionen. Regulierung hat einen relativ geringen Wirkungsgrad, wenn es darum geht, intrinsische Motivation und kreative Dynamik in sozialen Systemen freizusetzen. Sie ist zudem auch psychologisch kostspielig, weil sie signalisiert, dass dies hier nicht wirklich Dein Park ist. Warum also solltest Du ihn pfleglich behandeln?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
