Die Stimmung sinkt. Es gibt Widerstand. Es wird kein Fortschritt gemacht. Starke Emotionen werden sichtbar. Du wirst nerv\u00f6s und unsicher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was kannst du tun, wenn es im Prozess hakt? Wenn die Stimmung rau wird und die Wellen hoch schlagen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir haben ein paar Ideen und Erfahrungen zusammengesammelt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrenddessen:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Clearing the air \u2013 eine Gespr\u00e4chsrunde machen, in der alle die M\u00f6glichkeit haben zu sagen, wie sie sich gerade f\u00fchlen, wenn du sp\u00fcrst, dass die Stimmung kippt.<\/li>\n<li>Eine \u00dcbung vorschlagen um sich wieder auf den Fokus des Treffens zu konzentrieren.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn es eine Person ist, die besonders bed\u00fcrftig ist, daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass sie Unterst\u00fctzung bekommt.<\/li>\n<li>Pause machen.<\/li>\n<li>Fragen was gebraucht wird.<\/li>\n<li>Die Gef\u00fchle im Raum benennen.<\/li>\n<li>Sich gegenseitig daran erinnern, was gut l\u00e4uft.<\/li>\n<li>Sich wieder auf das Thema konzentrieren.<\/li>\n<li>Sich erinnern dass man immer Vorbild ist.<\/li>\n<li>Container\/Orte\/Zeiten verabreden, wo die Schwierigkeiten besprochen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li>Methoden\/\u00dcbungen nutzen mit denen du sehr vertraut bist.<\/li>\n<li>Dem Prozess und dem System vertrauen.<\/li>\n<li>Einen (neuen) Rahmen geben, alternative Interpretationen der Situation anbieten.<\/li>\n<li>Practice what you preach \u2013 das machen was du sagst.<\/li>\n<li>Schreib dir auf einen kleinen Zettel, was dich so beunruhigt und steck es in die Tasche.<\/li>\n<li>Themenspeicher anbieten.<\/li>\n<li>Benennen was jemand macht, mehr als wie es gemacht wird.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prophylaktisch:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Nicht alleine moderieren.<\/li>\n<li>Vorher klare Absprachen treffen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was f\u00e4llt Euch noch ein?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8220;1&#8243;
