Joana Ebbinghaus und Lysan Escher erz\u00e4hlten die ersten biografischen Geschichten des Tages.Und so setzte es sich den ganzen Tag weiter fort: immer wieder wurden sehr pers\u00f6nliche Erlebnisse geteilt.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei ging es nicht um Zuschreibungen, sondern um Erkundung. Nicht um Schuld oder Rechtfertigung, sondern um Resonanz. Und um die Frage, wie wir in Organisationen R\u00e4ume schaffen k\u00f6nnen, in denen Unterschiedlichkeit nicht \u00fcberdeckt, sondern gehalten wird. Vielfach war dies am oe-tag auch m\u00f6glich und machbar, weil drei tolle Menschen als \u201eAnsprechpartner:innen f\u00fcr innere Bewegtheit\u201c verf\u00fcgbar waren und die Teilnehmenden wussten, dass sie mit ihren Emotionen nicht allein gelassen w\u00fcrden. Auch wenn diese M\u00f6glichkeit nur wenig in Anspruch genommen wurde, gab es die R\u00fcckmeldung, dass allein die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit hilfreich war, anders im Austausch zu bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn es stellenweise schwierig wurde, nicht aus der Beschreibung in Zuschreibungen zu rutschen, gab es immer Hilfestellungen, um das Herz und den Geist zu \u00f6ffnen und die Neugierde beim zuh\u00f6ren nicht zu verlieren. Unsere konzeptionelle Ausgangslage, m\u00f6glichst konsequent Ost UND West zu betrachten, war nicht durchgehend so weit umsetzbar, wie wir es uns gew\u00fcnscht haben und so blieb die Besch\u00e4ftigung mit dem Leben und der Wende im Osten im Vordergrund.<\/p>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249310 alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/oetag25-8-4-224x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"149\" height=\"200\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249311 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/oetag25-10-6-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249313 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/oe-tag25-12-3-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3><b>Zuh\u00f6ren als aktive Praxis<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Auch \u2013 und vielleicht gerade \u2013 aufgrund dieser Dynamiken war es ein oe-tag voller vielf\u00e4ltiger Perspektiven. <b>Zuh\u00f6ren<\/b> war die pr\u00e4gende Haltung des Tages: offen, absichtslos, aufmerksam. Die Magie des Zuh\u00f6rens entfaltete ihre Kraft: Es wurden Verbindungen geschaffen, Verst\u00e4ndnis war wichtiger als Urteile, R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Einsichten, Vertrauen und gemeinsames Lernen wurden er\u00f6ffnet, Wahrnehmung geweitet und auch dem Schweigen wurde zugeh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n<p>Damit konnten Spannungen sp\u00fcrbar werden \u2013 und gerade dadurch auch produktiv. Deutlich wurde: Erst, wenn wir aufh\u00f6ren, Unterschiede vorschnell zu gl\u00e4tten, entsteht die Chance auf echtes Verstehen. Teilnehmende beschrieben, wie heilsam es war, sich in ihren Perspektiven zeigen zu k\u00f6nnen, ohne sofort erkl\u00e4ren oder einordnen zu m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249316 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/oetag25-15-2-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><b>Orientierung durch Fokus<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Hilfreiche Orientierung boten die \u201eListening Lenses\u201c: Sieben Fokuspunkte, von denen sich jede:r einen aussuchte und auf die wir \u00fcber den Tag unsere Aufmerksamkeit im Zuh\u00f6ren richten konnten. Hier bildeten sich dann so genannte \u201cLinsengruppen\u201d, die sich \u00fcber den Tag hinweg dreimal trafen und zum Abschluss die inhaltliche Reichhaltigkeit des Tages sichtbar werden lie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Kernkompetenz \u201cOrganisationsentwicklung\u201d war an diesem oe-tag weniger gefragt als sonst und wir genossen den Blick weit \u00fcber den Tellerrand.
