Teilnehmende aus Berlin, Bremen, Darmstadt, Dortmund und Hamburg verbringen zusammen einen sorgsam und abwechslungsreich gestalteten Abend mit dem gemeinsam geteilten Wunsch \u201e<b>Her mit allem, was st\u00e4rkt!<\/b>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4rkend kann unter anderem unser Atem sein und \u2013 \u201e<b>\u2026 atmen ist immer eine gute Idee.<\/b>\u201c Die Ausgleichs- oder Wasseratmung beispielsweise kann zentrierend, beruhigend und erfrischend zugleich wirken. Wir atmen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig durch die Nase ein und aus, z\u00e4hlen dabei jeweils bis vier und lassen den Atem immer tiefer in den Bauch flie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Atem\u00fcbungen wie diese k\u00f6nnen auch zur <b>Impulskontrolle<\/b> beitragen \u2013 einer von sieben <b>Resilienzfaktoren<\/b> nach Reivich und Shatt\u00e9 (2003). Weitere Faktoren, die das \u201edas Immunsystem der Seele\u201c (Levold 2014) st\u00e4rken, sind<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Zielorientierung,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Empathie im Sinne positiver Beziehungen,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">realistischer Optimismus,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">die F\u00e4higkeit, Situationen zu analysieren und daraus zu lernen (Kausalanalyse) und<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Emotionen steuern und positive Gef\u00fchle st\u00e4rken sowie<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Selbstwirksamkeits\u00fcberzeugung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Im Kontext der Psychologie steht Resilienz f\u00fcr die <b>pers\u00f6nliche Widerstandskraft<\/b>, die der Mensch auf- und ausbauen kann. Daf\u00fcr hilft es, sich der eigenen Ressourcen bewusst zu werden und sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu aktivieren. Es geht dabei insbesondere darum, das Kleine zu sehen und wahrzunehmen. \u201eResilienz liegt im Alltag\u201c, sagen Lysan und Marek. <b>Um in herausfordernden Situationen davon profitieren zu k\u00f6nnen, hilft es, Routinen zu etablieren und wohltuende Handlungen und Gedanken zu wiederholen.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249624 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/HK-barefoot-g999ed2558_1920-300x199-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Eine besonders alltagstaugliche \u00dcbung ist die <b>Wadenpumpe<\/b>, die nach langem Sitzen das Blut wieder besser zirkulieren l\u00e4sst. Dazu stehen wir auf, und wippen vom Stand auf dem gesamten Fu\u00df auf die Zehenspitzen und wieder zur\u00fcck mit einigen Wiederholungen.<\/p>\n<p>Etwas umfangreicher und intensiver ist die Einladung zu einer angeleiteten <b>inneren Reise<\/b>. Sie l\u00e4sst uns in Inspirations- und Gef\u00fchlswelten eintauchen anstatt die Zukunft nur technisch-organisatorisch zu planen. Mit geschlossenen Augen und gem\u00fctlich sitzend oder liegend lassen wir uns angeleitet von Mareks Fragen w\u00e4hrend einer Traumreise zu Zukunftsbildern inspirieren. \u201e<b>Woran m\u00f6chtest Du Dich von der Zukunft aus gesehen erinnern k\u00f6nnen?<\/b>\u201c Und auch unangenehme Gef\u00fchle und Situationen d\u00fcrfen ihren Platz haben. Sie k\u00f6nnen dabei unterst\u00fctzen, sich M\u00f6glichkeiten des Umgangs auszumalen \u2013 um sie dann auch wieder ziehen zu lassen. Abschlie\u00dfend malen wir einen f\u00fcr uns wichtigen Aspekt aus der Reise in die Zukunft, so dass sich Kognition und Emotion noch st\u00e4rker miteinander verbinden.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249625 size-full alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/HK-the-little-things-of-life-gbb5014a1a_1920-300x197-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"197\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sich mit anderen Menschen zu <b>vernetzen und W\u00fcnsche oder Pl\u00e4ne zu teilen<\/b>, tr\u00e4gt ebenfalls zur Resilienz bei. Und so blicken wir nach einer Kleingruppenphase, in der genau dieser Austausch seinen Raum findet, in viele l\u00e4chelnde Gesichter. F\u00fcr die abschlie\u00dfende Experiementier-Runde l\u00e4dt Lysan dazu ein, in nur ein paar Minuten alles aufzuschreiben, wof\u00fcr wir in unserem Leben <b>Dankbarkeit<\/b> empfinden. Auch hier geht es darum, sich der eigenen Ressourcen und Kraftquellen bewusst zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Angef\u00fcllt mit Tips f\u00fcr kleine \u00dcbungen, mit bunten (Traum-)Reiseerlebnissen und wohltuendem Austausch endet das erste Labor das Jahres unter anderem mit dem Gef\u00fchl, ber\u00fchrt und bezaubert davon zu sein, dass auch ein online-Format so intim sein kann.<\/p>\n<h3>\u200b<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8220;1&#8243;
