Dieser Umriss skizziert die drei Begriffe \u201cLiving Systems\u201d, \u201cregenerative Kulturen\u201d und \u201cRegenerative Leadership\u201d, die Diskurs und Praxis pr\u00e4gen. Dabei besch\u00e4ftigt uns die Frage, welche Qualit\u00e4ten wir in Systemen entwickeln wollen, inkl. unserem eigenen, ebenso wie diese Ans\u00e4tze das Denken und Handeln in \u00d6kosystemen und Communities pr\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Living Systems<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249788 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/regCul-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/regCul-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/regCul-1.jpg 453w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Das\u00a0Paradigma lebender Systeme (\u201cliving systems\u201d) ist grundlegend f\u00fcr eine Entwicklung hin zu regenerativen Arten des Seins und Wirkens mit uns selbst, miteinander, und in unseren Organisationen, Gemeinschaften und Projekten. Mit den Augen lebender System verstehen wir das Leben an sich als verbundenes System. Wir blicken auf Beziehungen, Muster, Kontext und mit Blick auf das gro\u00dfe Ganze wenn wir uns Herausforderungen und Problemen stellen, die uns begegnen. Netzwerke sind die grundlegende Organisationsstruktur in diesem Paradigma.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4ltere Paradigmen sind davon gepr\u00e4gt, das Leben vornehmlich in seinen einzelnen Elementen wahrzunehmen. Lange haben solch trennende Haltungen unsere Welt gepr\u00e4gt. Sie sind oft tief verankert in der Art und Weise, in der gesellschaftliche Systeme, z.B. Bildung-, Gesundheitssysteme oder Wirtschaftssysteme und auch unsere Organisationen kreiert wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz dazu ist die Ganzheitlichkeit des Lebens (\u201cWholeness\u201d) elementar in der Perspektive lebender Systeme.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt mehr Beispiele und Forschung, die die Ganzheitlichkeit des Lebens als fundamental und grunds\u00e4tzlich beschreiben. Als Menschen sind wir Teil des gro\u00dfen Ganzen, Teil der Natur und verbunden mit allen anderen lebenden Wesen \u2013 Fische, B\u00e4ume, Berge, Ozeane \u2026. Mehr und mehr belegt auch die Forschung, dass der von Darwin gepr\u00e4gte Gedanke \u201cder St\u00e4rkere setzt sich durch\u201d nicht ausschlie\u00dflich ist \u2013 und Evolution viel von Kollaboration gepr\u00e4gt ist. So belegte z.B. die Forst\u00f6kologin Suzanne Simard in den letzten Jahrzehnten, dass W\u00e4lder kollaborative \u00d6kosysteme sind und sich B\u00e4ume gegenseitig und mit anderen Spezien in ihrer Entwicklung unterst\u00fctzen \u2013 und nicht wie \u00fcber Jahrzehnte angenommen, dass die B\u00e4ume im Wettbewerb um das meiste Tageslicht stehen. Solche Formen von Kollaboration gehen einher mit Widerst\u00e4nden und kreativer Reibung durch die Neues entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Paradigma bildet u.a. die Grundlage der Praxis des \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/artofhosting.org\/\">Art of Hostings<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h3>Regenerative Cultures<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p><i>Living Systems are regenerative systems.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Fritjof Capra &amp; Daniel Wahl (2020)\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Das Konzept <a href=\"https:\/\/designforsustainability.medium.com\/mehr-als-nur-nachhaltig-regenerative-kulturen-gestalten-4c2a8abd8207\">regenerativer Kulturen<\/a>\u00a0 (\u201cRegenerative Cultures\u201d) beschreibt\u00a0 Haltungen und Praktiken, die nicht nur nachhaltig sind, sondern dar\u00fcber hinaus ihre jeweiligen Umwelten in eine positive Richtung transformieren. Geleitet von einer inneren Haltung der F\u00fclle, geht es darum jetzt und dringlichst neue Fragen zu stellen, die systemisch auf die Rolle von Design, Technologie und Planung schauen \u2013 und deren Wirkung auf die planetare Gesundheit:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><i>\u201eWe need to design for human, ecosystems and planetary health. <\/i>[\u2026] Let us ask ourselves: How do we create design, technology, planning and policy decisions that positively support human, community and environmental health? [\u2026]<br \/>If we meet the challenge of decreasing demand and consumption globally while replenishing resources through regenerative design and technology, we have a chance of making it through the eye of the needle and creating a regenerative human civilization. This shift will entail a transformation of the material resource basis of our civilization, away from fossil resources and towards renewably regenerated biological resources, along with a radical increase in resource productivity and recycling.\u201c<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/designforsustainability.medium.com\/sustainability-is-not-enough-we-need-regenerative-cultures-4abb3c78e68b#3c4e\">Daniel Wahl (2017): Sustainability is not enough \u2013 we need regenerative cultures. Medium.com\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Wie Wahl weiter schreibt, umfasst dies mehr als technische, \u00f6konomische, \u00f6kologische oder soziale Shifts \u2013 die innere Haltung und das Verst\u00e4ndnis, das wir von uns selbst und voneinander als Menschen und Natur haben, sind pr\u00e4gend f\u00fcr diese Ver\u00e4nderungen.<\/p>\n<p>An dieser Stelle lohnt sich ein Blick in den Begriff Regenerative Leadership.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Regenerative Leadership<\/h3>\n<p>Laura Storm und Giles Hutchins beschreiben Regenerative Leadership in ihrem gleichnamigen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.regenerativeleadership.co\/\">Buch<\/a> als gleichbedeutendem Dreiklang aus daraus, sich 1) selbst als \u201cLiving Systems Being\u201d zu verstehen, 2) das Wissen von anderen lebenden Kulturen wie Permakultur, Soziologie oder Deep Ecology zu transferieren und zu integrieren (\u201cLiving Systems Culture\u201d) und 3) unsere Interaktionen, Organisationen, Projekte, Communities usw.. auf Basis lebender Systeme zu gestalten (\u201cLiving System Design\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Storm und Hutchins betonen, dass die eigene innere Entwicklung, sich selbst als Living Systems Being zu verstehen, der zentrale Punkt und Beginn der gesellschaftlichen Transformation ist. Darunter verstehen sie Qualit\u00e4ten wie im Rhythmus mit den Jahreszeiten zu leben, mit einer inneren Haltung von F\u00fclle (\u201cAbundance\u201d) auf die Welt zu schauen und uns selbst als Boden f\u00fcr Entwicklung (\u201cDeep Nutrient Soil\u201d) zu verstehen, der gut und in Tiefe gen\u00e4hrt sein will.<\/p>\n<p>Wir freuen uns auf weitere Erkundungen zu den vorgestellten Thematiken und Begriffen.
