Der Korridor, in dem sich die gemeinsame Ausrichtung eines Teams abspielt, kann weiter oder enger gefasst sein. Wenn er zu eng wird, wird der Anspruch an verbindliche Gemeinsamkeit zum Korsett. Wenn er sehr weit ist, droht Beliebigkeit und Zerfall. Alignment bezeichnet dabei nicht unbedingt nur das Teilen von Werten und Zielen.\u00a0 Es ist vor allem die Synchronisation von Handlungsenergie. Wie diese entsteht und was es braucht, um sie immer wieder herzustellen, ist f\u00fcr gelingende Selbstorganisation eine entscheidende Frage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249830 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pitchdeck-Alignment-2-300x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pitchdeck-Alignment-2-300x300-1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pitchdeck-Alignment-2-300x300-1-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pitchdeck-Alignment-2-300x300-1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Im Labor widmten wir uns unter anderem der Frage, welche Rollen in diesem diffizilen Spiel der Synchronisierungen von Handlungsenergie, kollektiver Navigation und Prozesskontinuit\u00e4t zu vergeben sind. Neben der Impulsgeber:in (<a href=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/7-muskeln-praesenz\/\">showing up<\/a>) erscheinen uns in selbstorganisierten Teams die pers\u00f6nliche F\u00e4higkeit zwischen F\u00fchren und Folgen zu navigieren sowie die M\u00f6glichkeit beiseite zu treten und auch bei nicht 100% \u00dcberzeugung f\u00fcr das Vorhaben, den Weg frei zu machen, wesentlich. Hier ist <a href=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/entspannt-unter-spannung\/\">Selbstnavigation <\/a>in Hinblick auf innere Widerst\u00e4nde und Spannungen und ein reflektierter Umgang damit gefragt. Was nicht zuletzt auch dazu f\u00fchren kann, einen schwerwiegenden Einwand zu formulieren und damit ein \u201cStopp\u201d-Zeichen f\u00fcr das Vorhaben zu setzen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Im Labor gehen wir ihr in einer Fall-Simulation nach, unterst\u00fctzt\u00a0 mit dem von uns entwickelten <b>Alignment Pitch Deck<\/b>. Die Progression hat drei Runden: 1. Einbringen eines Impulses. 2. Austausch zur Bewertung des Vorhabens. 3. individuelle Commitments.<\/p>\n<h4>\u200b<\/h4>\n<p><b>Einbringen von Impulsen\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Selbstorganisierte Teams leben von rollenbasierter Verantwortungs\u00fcbernahme, aber auch von Momenten situativer F\u00fchrung. Eine Person hat einen Impuls, legt ihn in die Mitte und andere schlie\u00dfen sich an, lassen das Vorhaben gew\u00e4hren oder stellen sich dagegen. Dabei ist schon der Moment des Einbringens oft unklar. Ist es eine wilde Idee oder ein konkretes Vorhaben? Ist es eine Einladung zum Mitdenken, zum Mittun oder nur die Information \u00fcber einen rollenden Zug?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Das Pitchdeck gibt der impulsgebenden Person hierf\u00fcr drei m\u00f6gliche Optionen vor: Die <b>\u201eGreenlight\u201d-Karte<\/b> dr\u00fcckt den Wunsch nach schlichter Einwilligung aus, dass das Vorhaben durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann. Aufschlussreich kann hier eine Reflexion sein, um welche knappe Ressource dabei verhandelt wird, die die Einwilligung der Anderen \u00fcberhaupt erst erforderlich macht. Es k\u00f6nnte um Raum- und Budgetnutzung oder auch die Inanspruchnahme von Zeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Sichtbarkeit gehen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Die zweite Alternative ist die \u201e<b>Einladungs\u201d-Karte<\/b> \u2013 ein Pitch, der die T\u00fcr zum gemeinsamen Handeln \u00f6ffnet, ohne dass die Erwartung besteht, dass alle sich dem Impuls anschlie\u00dfen. Als dritte Option kann die <b>\u201eAppell\u201c-Karte <\/b>gespielt werden, mit der eine Aufforderung an das gesamte Team ausgesprochen wird, um sich einer Handlung anzuschlie\u00dfen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In einer anschlie\u00dfenden Informations- und Meinungsbildenden Runde k\u00f6nnen Fragen\/ Meinungen ge\u00e4u\u00dfert werden. Dabei kann deutlich werden, dass es nicht immer hinreichend ist, dass die Einsortierung des Impulses ausschlie\u00dflich durch die impulsgebende Person selbst erfolgt. Manches wird als Greenlight eingebracht, aber es bestehen Interessen und Anspr\u00fcche im Team zur aktiven Mitwirkung. Andersherum kann ein verbindlicher Appell auch zu einer Einladung heruntergestuft werden, wenn die Pr\u00e4misse \u201ealle oder keine:r\u201c stichhaltig hinterfragt wird.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p><b>Austausch zur Bewertung<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In der zweiten Runde erfolgt eine Bewertung des Vorhabens anhand von zwei Sets von <b>Feedback-Karten<\/b>: Die strategische Bewertung gibt R\u00fcckmeldung zur Einsch\u00e4tzung des Potentials f\u00fcr das Team oder die Organisation im Ganzen \u2013 im Sinne einer Aufwands- und Ertragseinsch\u00e4tzung. Die pers\u00f6nliche Bewertung gibt R\u00fcckmeldung zum individuellen \u201eLustfaktor\u201c und zur Kapazit\u00e4t, die eine Mitwirkung erm\u00f6glicht oder verhindert. Die Karten werden in Runden ausgespielt und erl\u00e4utert. Auf Grundlage dieser R\u00fcckmeldungen kann die impulsgebende Person ihren Vorschlag zur\u00fcckziehen, modifizieren oder in die dritte Runde schicken.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Individuelle Commitments<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Die dritte Runde besiegelt mit den <b>Commitment-Karten<\/b> das vorgestellte Vorhaben. Die Teammitglieder k\u00f6nnen sich dabei\u00a0 wiederum zwischen drei Karten entscheiden:<br \/>A) Ich bin dabei und mache im Rahmen meiner M\u00f6glichkeiten mit. B) Ich gebe mein Einverst\u00e4ndnis, dass das Vorhaben durchgef\u00fchrt wird, aber ich bin nicht dabei (entweder weil ich keine Kapazit\u00e4ten habe oder weil ich der Sache nicht im Wege stehen will, obwohl ich nicht 100% \u00fcberzeugt bin. C) Ich habe einen schwerwiegenden Einwand und spreche mich daf\u00fcr aus, dass das Vorhaben nicht umgesetzt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Dass die Aushand<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249831 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/momentum-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/>lung von Impulsen auch mit dem Pitch Deck nicht reibungslos und schmerzfrei vonstatten geht, wird auch im Labor schnell klar. Deutlich wird aber auch, dass die Formatierung durch das Kartenset Klarheit und Transparenz schaffen kann, die den Prozess beschleunigt und im Kommunikationsverlauf Komplexit\u00e4t reduziert.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Das Labor bringt noch eine weitere Erkenntnis: This is primal stuff. Die Ann\u00e4herung an Alignment-Ability ist nicht allein Sache der Grosshirnrinde. Die Momente, in denen physisch erlebbar wird, dass eine gemeinsame Welle entsteht oder der Fluss blockiert ist, in denen eine eigene Positionierung eine emotionale Komponente hat \u2013 sei es in K\u00f6rper\u00fcbungen oder im achtsamen Wahrnehmen einer Auseinandersetzung \u2013 sind so m\u00e4chtig und wesentlich, dass ein Training wie die <a href=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/die-sieben-muskeln-der-selbstorganisation\/\">Sieben Muskeln der Selbstorganisation<\/a> auch hier nicht an der Verneigung vor dem somatischen Zugang zu kollektiver Entwicklung vorbeikommt.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wie entsteht kollektive Handlungsenergie?
