\"\"Vor kurzem hat das zweite Modul unserer Jahresfortbildung \u201eF\u00fchren mit Haltung\u201d im wundersch\u00f6n gelegenen Kloster Volkenroda in Th\u00fcringen stattgefunden. Es waren drei intensive Tage, in denen wir uns gemeinsam mit meiner Kollegin Hanna Kunze<\/a> ganz dem Thema \u201cWertorientierte F\u00fchrung<\/b>\u201d gewidmet haben.<\/p>\n

Was sind Werte, welche davon pr\u00e4gen mein pers\u00f6nliches F\u00fchrungshandeln und wie stehen diese im Kontext der Werte, die meine Organisation \u2013 vielleicht im Leitbild oder aber auch einfach im Alltag \u2013 repr\u00e4sentiert?<\/p>\n

Wir haben uns in Anlehnung an Spiral Dynamics <\/a>und Reinventing organizations<\/a> dem Thema \u201eSelbstorganisation und F\u00fchrung\u201c gen\u00e4hert und uns Fragen gestellt, wie: \u201cWo w\u00fcrde ich meine Organisation mit ihrem F\u00fchrungsverst\u00e4ndnis und Strukturmodell verorten?\u201c \u2013 \u201cRot, blau, orange, gr\u00fcn, gelb,\u2026bunt?\u201d, \u201cWo sehe ich meine Pr\u00e4ferenz im eigenen F\u00fchrungshandeln?\u201d und \u201cIn welchen Bereichen w\u00fcrde ich mich gern als F\u00fchrungsperson entwickeln?\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"Eine meiner Lieblings\u00fcbungen im F\u00fchrungsmodul ist die \u201cStab\u00fcbung\u201d. Die Dynamik w\u00e4hrend der \u00dcbung hat mich dieses Mal besonders beeindruckt und hat uns viele Impulse gegeben, zum Austausch \u00fcber den eigenen Umgang mit Macht und Verantwortung, Konkurrenz und Kollaboration, Vertrauen und Kontrolle auszutauschen. Und uns eingeladen, sich mit dem pers\u00f6nlichen Zugang zu Gef\u00fchlen im eigenen F\u00fchrungshandeln zu besch\u00e4ftigen.<\/p>\n

In diesem Modul haben wir auch die Intervisionsgruppen eingef\u00fchrt. Mit der klassischen Methode der kollegialen Fallberatung<\/a> k\u00f6nnen die Teilnehmer:innen so zwischen den sieben mal drei Seminartagen und dar\u00fcber hinaus im Kontakt bleiben und Themen und Probleme, die ihnen im F\u00fchrungsalltag begegnen mit Kolleg:innen teilen k\u00f6nnen und neue Ideen f\u00fcr schwierige Situationen bekommen.
Nachdem die Teilnehmer:innen die Methode das erste Mal ausprobiert haben, habe ich in fr\u00f6hlich erstaunte Gesichter geblickt, die dankbar waren f\u00fcr ganz neue Erkenntnisse und kreative Impulse, f\u00fcr schon lang und ausweglos scheinende Probleme im F\u00fchrungsalltag. Manchmal kommt mir die Kollegiale Fallberatung ein bisschen vor, wie zaubern k\u00f6nnen!<\/p>\n

Ich freue mich schon auf das kommende Modul im November, wo wir uns drei Tage lang intensiv dem Thema Kommunikation und F\u00fchrung mit meiner wunderbaren Kollegin Ulrike Jaeger<\/a> widmen werden.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Im n\u00e4chsten Jahr findet dann bereits das dritte Mal unsere Jahresfortbildung \u201cF\u00fchren mit Haltung\u201d statt. Im September 2024 geht es los. Wieder an zwei sch\u00f6nen regenerativen Orten: dem Augustiner Kloster in Erfurt und dem Zinzendorfhaus in Neudietendorf bei Erfurt.\u00a0<\/p>\n
