Allerheiligen, Allerseelen, Tag der Toten (<i>D\u00eda de Muertos), <\/i>Totensonntag, Ewigkeitssonntag\u2026\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Die Trauertaskforce ist ein <b>Netzwerk von Trauerexpert*innen<\/b>, Unterst\u00fctzer*innen und Freund*innen, das nun schon zum zweiten Mal unter der \u00dcberschrift Eat.Cry.Repeat. die Trauerwoche veranstalteten, bei der ich gemeinsam mit Julia ein Online Trauercaf\u00e9 anbot.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vor Beginn des Trauercaf\u00e9s hatte ich noch eine Stunde Zeit, die ich im Garten meiner Mutter verbrachte. Sie hatte mich gebeten aus dem Komposthaufen die gute satte Humuserde rauszuholen, um die Rosenst\u00f6cke f\u00fcr den Winter noch einmal voll zu n\u00e4hren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Und w\u00e4hrend ich also da so buddelte, dachte ich \u00fcber die bevorstehende Veranstaltung nach und fand, dass es <b>kaum ein besseres Sinnbild f\u00fcr Leben, Sterben, Transformation und das Wunder der Erneuerung gibt, als den Komposthaufen<\/b>. In ihm zerf\u00e4llt, was alt und scheinbar wertlos ist, und wird zur Grundlage f\u00fcr neues Wachstum. Er zeigt, dass Zersetzung kein Ende ist, sondern ein \u00dcbergang \u2013 ein Kreislauf, in dem alles miteinander verbunden ist. Wie im Leben liegt auch im Komposthaufen die Kraft der Ver\u00e4nderung. Er ist eine kraftvolle Metapher f\u00fcr die Zyklen von Zerfall, Tod, Leben und Erneuerung. Alles ist miteinander verbunden. Der Komposthaufen lehrt uns, den Zerfall nicht zu f\u00fcrchten, sondern als nat\u00fcrlichen Prozess der Transformation zu begreifen. In ihm liegt die Hoffnung, dass aus Verlust immer auch Neues entstehen kann.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249913 size-full alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kompost-300x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kompost-300x300-1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kompost-300x300-1-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kompost-300x300-1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Drei waren angemeldet. F\u00fcnf sind gekommen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aus K\u00f6ln, Kiel und Berlin sind wir zusammengekommen und haben aus den Perspektiven von ambulanter Hospizarbeit, Jobcoaching mit langzeitarbeitslosen Menschen, Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit als Trauercoach, Facilitation &amp; Hosting, Beratung und Begleitung auf die verschiedenen Aspekte geschaut, die sich uns zeigen, wenn wir uns bewusst mit Trauer am Arbeitsplatz besch\u00e4ftigen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Um an Arbeitsst\u00e4tten mit Verlust und Trauer umzugehen, ist es essenziell, eine <b>Kultur des Mitgef\u00fchls und der Offenheit<\/b> zu f\u00f6rdern. Verantwortliche k\u00f6nnen Angebote wie Gespr\u00e4chsrunden, professionelle Trauerbegleitung oder psychologische Beratung bereitstellen, um den Betroffenen Raum f\u00fcr ihre Gef\u00fchle zu geben. Flexible Arbeitszeiten oder tempor\u00e4re Entlastungen k\u00f6nnen helfen, mit der Belastung umzugehen. F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sollten Vorbild sein, indem sie authentisch und respektvoll mit Trauer umgehen, etwa durch Rituale wie Gedenkminuten oder das Anbieten von Unterst\u00fctzungsgespr\u00e4chen. Eine klare Kommunikationskultur, die Sensibilit\u00e4t und Diskretion wahrt, hilft dem Team, den Verlust gemeinsam zu integrieren und zu einer neuen Normalit\u00e4t zur\u00fcckzufinden.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Anwesenden waren sich einig dar\u00fcber, dass es\u00a0 immer mehr Organisationen gibt, die<b> in Trauerf\u00e4llen achtsam reagieren<\/b>, insbesondere wenn es um den Verlust direkter Kolleg*innen geht und \u201cbusiness as usual\u201d dann nicht verlangt wird.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249914 alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/TiT_Julia1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"476\" height=\"268\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249915 alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/TiT_Julia2-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"476\" height=\"268\" \/> \u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249917 alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/TiT_Julia4-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"482\" height=\"272\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-249916 alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/socius.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/TiT_Julia3-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"479\" height=\"270\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Und obwohl wir wissen, dass es eine Trauerpr\u00e4vention nicht gibt, waren wir uns einig, dass es sinnvoll sein kann, wenn wir uns fr\u00fchzeitig mit Verlust und Verg\u00e4nglichkeit auseinandersetzen und in Gemeinschaft R\u00e4ume schaffen, in denen Gef\u00fchle geteilt werden k\u00f6nnen. Offenheit im Umgang mit Trauer, <b>Rituale zur Verarbeitung von Verlust und die F\u00f6rderung von Resilienz st\u00e4rken die seelische Gesundheit.<\/b> Wichtig ist auch, bereits in stabilen Zeiten ein Netz aus sozialen Beziehungen zu pflegen, das in Krisen Halt gibt. Bildung \u00fcber die nat\u00fcrlichen Prozesse von Trauer und die Bedeutung des Abschiednehmens hilft, \u00c4ngste abzubauen und das Unausweichliche als Teil des Lebens zu akzeptieren. So entsteht ein Umfeld, das Heilung und Wachstum in schweren Zeiten unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>Auch ohne konkreten Trauerfall, kann man sich quasi anlasslos, <b>im gesch\u00fctzten Raum eines Trauercaf\u00e9s<\/b> treffen. Hier kann informell \u00fcber Verluste aller Arten, Sorgen, \u00c4ngste und Bef\u00fcrchtungen gesprochen werden. Ein Impuls, eine kurze Lesung, eine Achtsamkeits\u00fcbung oder nur eine offene Frage durch eine:n Trauerbegleiter:in oder eine:n geschulte:n Moderator:in kann anregen ins Gespr\u00e4ch zu kommen. Am Arbeitsplatz kann ein Trauercaf\u00e9 helfen, den Umgang mit Trauer zu enttabuisieren, den Zusammenhalt im Team zu st\u00e4rken und eine unterst\u00fctzende Atmosph\u00e4re zu schaffen. Es zeigt, dass Trauer ernst genommen wird und Betroffene mit ihren Emotionen nicht allein sind.<\/p>\n<p>Sich anlasslos \u00fcber Trauer zu unterhalten, kann zun\u00e4chst ungewohnt oder schwer erscheinen, bietet aber die Chance, ein offenes und unterst\u00fctzendes Klima zu schaffen, bevor ein konkreter Verlust eintritt. Es erm\u00f6glicht, <b>Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Bedeutung von Trauer zu schaffen<\/b> und die Hemmschwelle f\u00fcr Gespr\u00e4che in Krisenzeiten zu senken. Mitarbeitende k\u00f6nnen ihre Perspektiven, \u00c4ngste und Erfahrungen teilen, wodurch Empathie im Team gest\u00e4rkt wird. Solche Gespr\u00e4che f\u00f6rdern Resilienz und zeigen, dass es am Arbeitsplatz Raum f\u00fcr menschliche Themen gibt. Sie legen den Grundstein daf\u00fcr, dass im Fall eines Verlustes einf\u00fchlsame und nachhaltige Unterst\u00fctzung geleistet werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>In dieser Siebener-Runde h\u00e4tten wir noch lange weiter \u00fcber die Besonderheiten von Trauer im Team sprechen k\u00f6nnen, die zwei Stunden kamen uns etwas kurz vor.
