Bei dieser Art inneren Feuerwerks freuen wir uns alle, wenn der\u00a0 Moment gekommen ist, und es z\u00fcndet. Das Strahlen und Glitzern ist uns ein Fest.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Und bei den Silvesterraketen? Wie geht es Euch damit?\u00a0<\/p>\n

Je nach Standort und Perspektive reagiere ich v\u00f6llig unterschiedlich: Berlin mit der so \u00fcbertriebenen und aggressiven Form meide ich konsequent jedes Jahr; den Blick auf bunte Raketen und Glitzer aus der Ferne hingegen genie\u00dfe ich durchaus. In jedem Fall ist es DAS Ritual zum Jahreswechsel.<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Wir wissen, dass auch in Organisationen und Teams Rituale eine zentrale Bedeutung haben. Sei es das morgendliche Stand-up-Meeting, das Feiern von Erfolgen oder eben die Jahresauftaktveranstaltung. Wir hatten bei unserem ersten Teamtag 2025 zwei sch\u00f6ne Rituale: wir haben uns von schwierigen Momenten und Dynamiken von 2024 verabschiedet und diese in unserem Kamin verbrannt. Und wir haben nach einem tiefen langen Prozess unseren Purpose<\/b> fertig neu formuliert und tanzend willkommen gehei\u00dfen.<\/p>\n
