Jedes Jahr widmen wir uns einem Thema der Organisationsentwicklung und beleuchten es in Tiefe \u2013 etwa Leadership, Kultur, Selbstorganisation oder Improvisation. Der oe-tag war dabei nie ein Event zum blo\u00dfen Konsumieren, sondern immer Einladung und Angebot, miteinander ins Gespr\u00e4ch zu kommen: Erfahrungen, Perspektiven und Fragen zu teilen; neue Ideen im kognitiven Austausch oder im aktiven Experimentieren zu erkunden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Warum ich diese \u201eVorrede\u201c schreibe?<\/b><b><br \/><\/b>In diesem Jahr widmen wir uns den Erfahrungen, Eindr\u00fccken und Nachwirkungen der sogenannten \u201e<b>Wendezeit<\/b>\u201c \u2013 einer Zeit, die in uns allen auf je eigene Weise emotional und erinnerungskulturell nachwirkt. Dabei geht es um strukturelle Themen wie die ausgewogene Repr\u00e4sentation ostdeutscher F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte ebenso wie um subtilere Fragen, wie z.B.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Welche Erz\u00e4hlungen finden heute Resonanz \u2013 und welche nicht?<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Wieviel Ambivalenz, Widerspr\u00fcchlichkeit und Komplexit\u00e4t ist erlaubt in der Verortung von Menschen jenseits plakativer Gegens\u00e4tze von Wendegewinner oder -verlierer?<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Wie k\u00f6nnen Erfahrungen von Privilegierung und Verletzung angesprochen und damit weiter be- und verarbeitet werden?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zum ersten Mal erlebe ich, dass ich im Freund:innenkreis \u2013 neben Zustimmung und Anerkennung \u2013 auch kritisch hinterfragt werde: \u201eWas ist eigentlich eure Fragestellung?\u201c \u2013 und gleich darauf: \u201eIst euch bewusst, dass ihr \u00fcberwiegend westdeutsch sozialisiert seid?\u201c. Diese Fragen und meine emotionale Reaktion darauf haben mir verdeutlicht, <b>wie eng der Diskurs mit unseren pers\u00f6nlichen und kollektiven Identit\u00e4ten verwoben ist.<\/b> Ich war \u2013 vielleicht etwas naiv \u2013 \u00fcberrascht, wie tief das Thema ber\u00fchrt und wie unsicher ich mich pl\u00f6tzlich f\u00fchlte. So paradox es klingen mag, hatte ich zeitweise das Gef\u00fchl, als \u201eWessi\u201c weniger legitimiert zu sein, \u00fcberhaupt ein Gespr\u00e4ch zu beginnen, zuzuh\u00f6ren, Fragen zu stellen, zu reden.<\/p>\n<p>Dass wir den diesj\u00e4hrigen oe-tag nicht in Berlin durchf\u00fchren und vor dem Hintergrund unterschiedlicher thematischer Zug\u00e4nge einen dialogischen Fokus gew\u00e4hlt haben, war eine bewusste Entscheidung. Vielleicht sind das nur kleine, symbolische Schritte \u2013 aber gerade solche Zeichen k\u00f6nnen bedeutsam sein. Denn wenn wir \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob \u201eOst\u201c oder \u201eWest\u201c \u2013 uns nicht gemeinsam, auch mit Unsicherheit, in den Dialog begeben: Wo und wie soll er dann sonst stattfinden?<\/p>\n<p>Gleichzeitig habe ich in den vorbereitenden Gespr\u00e4chen ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht: Gespr\u00e4che, die mich inspiriert haben \u2013 in denen \u00fcber\u2019s Telefon Neugier, Verbindung und das Bed\u00fcrfnis nach tiefem Austausch sp\u00fcrbar wurden. Das hat mir Lust gemacht auf mehr \u2013 und auf diesen oe-tag. Es macht mich mutig.<\/p>\n<p>Ich gehe diesmal mit mehr Fragen als sonst in den oe-tag. Das wiederum zeigt mir, dass wir dem urspr\u00fcnglichen Anliegen des oe-tags nahekommen: R\u00e4ume zu schaffen, in denen echte Begegnung m\u00f6glich ist \u2013 R\u00e4ume, in denen Freude ebenso Platz hat wie Schmerz, Irritation, Ratlosigkeit oder Erkenntnis. <b>Der oe-tag ist kein Ort f\u00fcr glatte Pr\u00e4sentationen. <\/b>Er ist ein Ort des Zuh\u00f6rens, der geteilten Geschichten, der strukturellen Fragen, der Perspektivwechsel \u2013 und des gemeinsamen Suchens nach Sprache und Sinn.<\/p>\n<p><b>Und nat\u00fcrlich stellen wir uns auch die Frage:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Was k\u00f6nnen wir vom oe-tag mitnehmen, das \u00fcber diesen einen Tag hinaus tr\u00e4gt? Was l\u00e4sst sich lernen, das hilft, Strukturen zu schaffen, die echten Austausch erm\u00f6glichen \u2013 nicht nur einmal, sondern immer wieder?<\/p>\n<p>Wenn es gelingt, dass sich Erfahrung und Widerspruch, Neugier und Wertsch\u00e4tzung begegnen, dann entsteht ein Bild von Wirklichkeit, das nicht unbedingt einfacher, aber ganz sicher reicher ist.
