Liebe Leser:innen,<\/b><\/h2>\n

Zukunft entsteht nicht geradlinig, sondern oft in Zwischenr\u00e4umen \u2013 in liminalen R\u00e4umen. Es sind \u00dcbergangszonen, in denen das Alte nicht mehr vollst\u00e4ndig existiert, das Neue aber noch nicht ganz geformt ist. Sie sind gepr\u00e4gt von Ver\u00e4nderung und Transformation. Sie sind Orte des Wandels \u2013 voller M\u00f6glichkeiten, und auch voller Ungewissheit. Sie k\u00f6nnen kreative Energie freisetzen und sich wie Chaos anf\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n

Die Arbeit, in Organisationen zukunftsf\u00e4hige Strukturen, Kulturen und Strategien zu gestalten, bewegt sich genau in diesen Zwischenr\u00e4umen: zwischen Entwerfen, Widerstand und Trauern.<\/p>\n

Entwerfen meint, neue Ideen in die Welt zu bringen, Utopien zu entwickeln und mit Fantasie und Kreativit\u00e4t zu gestalten. Widerstand umfasst, Ungerechtigkeiten zu benennen, ihnen entgegenzutreten und Wandel einzufordern. Trauern kann hei\u00dfen, bewusst Abschied zu nehmen von dem, was gehen darf \u2013 und diesen Prozess zu begleiten. Auch zeitlich bewegen wir uns zwischen zwei Polen: dem langfristigen Horizont und den konkreten Handlungen von heute, n\u00e4chstem Monat und diesem Jahr. Was f\u00fcr eine Aufgabe!<\/p>\n

Wir laden dich ein, f\u00fcr einen Moment innezuhalten und der Qualit\u00e4t der Liminalit\u00e4t in deinem Leben nachzusp\u00fcren:<\/p>\n
