Liebe Leser:innen,<\/b><\/h2>\n

Die Bundestagswahl ist fast einen Monat her und all die Aufregung, die es gesellschaftlich im Wahlkampf gab, die fortschreitende Spaltung gesellschaftlicher Gruppen, geht munter weiter, obwohl die designierte neue Bundesregierung unter Merz mit der Rest-Regierung im alten Bundestag just letzte Woche noch eine Grundgesetz\u00e4nderung verhandelt hat. Die Fragezeichen in meinem Kopf \u00fcber das, was in der Politik passiert, werden partout nicht kleiner.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Der Schreck und die Emp\u00f6rung \u00fcber die kleine Anfrage der CDU\/CSU Fraktion am 24.2.25 zur Finanzierung politisch engagierter zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen<\/b>, war auch bei uns gro\u00df. Als Mitglied der \u201eAllianz Rechtssicherheit f\u00fcr politische Willensbildung\u201c beobachten wir schon seit l\u00e4ngerer Zeit mit Sorge, wie politisch agierende NGOs systematisch beim Finanzamt angezeigt\/diskreditiert werden. Lest weiter unten den Hinweis zu weiteren Hintergr\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend politische Debatten zunehmend von Extremen gepr\u00e4gt werden, steht die Zivilgesellschaft vor einer entscheidenden Frage: Wie k\u00f6nnen wir einen relevanten Beitrag zum gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt leisten?<\/p>\n

Unseren Beitrag sehen wir an den Schnittstellen zwischen Organisationen, Gesellschaft und Politik. Erst im Januar diesen Jahres haben wir unseren Purpose an dieser Stelle ver\u00f6ffentlicht, in dem es u.a. hei\u00dft \u201eIm Angesicht wachsender gesellschaftlicher Spannungen sind uns Resilienz, Zuversicht und die beherzte Kl\u00e4rung von Beziehungen besonders wichtig.\u201c\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

In unserer Arbeit in der Prozessberatung spielt dieses commitment eine ebenso gro\u00dfe Rolle wie in unserem Veranstaltungsangebot: Strategieentwicklung, Netzwerkkaufbau, Teamresilienz, Selbstwirksamkeit, Komplexit\u00e4t sind unsere t\u00e4glichen Begleiter:innen. Mit unserer Erfahrung und unserer Expertise tragen wir dazu bei, dass die Zivilgesellschaft stabil bleibt und handlungsf\u00e4hig immer wieder neue Wege findet, Br\u00fccken zu bauen, die den aktuellen St\u00fcrmen standhalten.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Am oe-tag 2025<\/b> bewegen wir uns dieses Jahr auch entlang der Schnittstelle zwischen Organisationen und dem weiten Feld von Politik, Geschichte und Gesellschaft. Wir freuen uns riesig, dass unser Programm langsam Form und Konkretion annimmt. So wollen wir uns am 13. Juni 2025 in Halle gemeinsam mit euch auf Spurensuche begeben, wie west- und ostdeutsche Pr\u00e4gungen in unseren Lebens- und Berufsbiographien, Transformationserfahrungen, Organisationskulturen, Macht- und Rangdynamiken unser Miteinander in Organisationen beeinflussen. In den n\u00e4chsten Wochen wird sich das line-up noch ordentlich f\u00fcllen. Freut euch mit uns auf einen reichhaltigen Tag im sch\u00f6nen Halle!<\/p>\n
