Liebe Leser:innen,<\/b><\/p>\n

auf meinem Nachttisch liegt das Buch \u201eTiny Experiments\u201c<\/i>. Es l\u00e4dt mich dazu ein, die gro\u00dfen Ziele \u00fcber Bord zu schmei\u00dfen und stattdessen kleine Versuchsanordnungen zu bauen, die Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt den Weg nach vorne beleuchten. Keine ganz neue Idee, aber dennoch guter Rat.
Das Spannungsfeld zwischen langfristiger Orientierung und unmittelbarem Handeln ist immer wieder eine Herausforderung: Zu viel Zielstrebigkeit kann uns starr machen, aber ganz ohne Richtung verlieren wir den Kurs. Vielleicht geht es also um \u201eTiny Intentional Experiments\u201c<\/b> \u2013 kleine, bewusste Schritte mit Sinn.<\/p>\n

SOCIUS ist nie durch gro\u00dfe Masterpl\u00e4ne aufgefallen. Eher durch: Machen, Teilen, Weiterentwickeln. Und doch sp\u00fcren auch wir die tektonischen Verschiebungen in unserem Feld. Der Bedarf nach Unterst\u00fctzung in Zeiten von Krisen und Transformation wird gr\u00f6\u00dfer \u2013 zugleich geraten Ressourcen unter Druck, auch dort, wo es um Entwicklung und Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit geht.<\/p>\n

Unsere ersten strategischen Antworten auf diesen Spagat: Wir kn\u00fcpfen neue Netzwerke, die unser Spiel- und Sichtfeld f\u00fcr OE-F\u00f6rderung erweitern; wir entwickeln Angebote wie Interims-Support f\u00fcr vakante Schl\u00fcsselpositionen; wir bauen schlanke Prozesse, die interne Entwicklungsrollen st\u00e4rken. Wir suchen neue Chancen und machen kleine Experimente. Und nicht zuletzt: Wir setzen auf kontinuierliches gemeinsames Lernen.<\/p>\n

In unseren kommenden SOCIUS Laboren widmen wir uns der Kraft kollektiver Kreativit\u00e4t, diversit\u00e4tsorientierter OE und inklusiver Kommunikation. F\u00fcr Tieftauch-Interessierte kann im Juli der zweite Teil unserer Fortbildungsreihe Selbst:Organisations:Entwicklung<\/i> spannend sein. Beim bevorstehenden oe-tag in Halle<\/b> laden wir schlie\u00dflich dazu ein, die Spuren der Ost-West-Geschichte(n) in unseren Organisationen zu erkunden.<\/p>\n

Wir freuen uns auf Begegnungen, Gespr\u00e4che und gemeinsames Forschen \u2013 im Kleinen wie im Gro\u00dfen.<\/p>\n
