An allen Ecken sp\u00fcren wir, wie sich die Rahmenbedingungen rasant verschieben. Nicht nur die Politik, auch Organisationen, Verb\u00e4nde, Vereine und Beh\u00f6rden \u2013 sie alle geraten derzeit noch st\u00e4rker unter Ver\u00e4nderungsdruck, als es ohnehin schon der Fall war. F\u00f6rdermittel brechen weg, Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle geraten ins Wanken, Wertsch\u00f6pfung und Wirkungslogiken ver\u00e4ndern sich massiv (nicht nur in der Automobilbranche), das Verhalten j\u00fcngerer Zielgruppen wandelt sich sp\u00fcrbar (z. B. digitaler), Fachkr\u00e4fte fehlen, KI wirbelt mit \u2013 kurz: Das Spielfeld ver\u00e4ndert sich grundlegend.<\/p>\n

Manche Akteur:innen m\u00fcssen sich gef\u00fchlt neu erfinden, sei es in ihrer Wertsch\u00f6pfung oder in den internen Strukturen und Prozessen. Doch was braucht es f\u00fcr eine solche Erneuerung?
Mit dieser Frage besch\u00e4ftigen wir uns aktuell intensiv. Dabei versammeln wir als Kollektiv unterschiedliche Perspektiven und beforschen sie gemeinsam \u2013 um in dieser zentralen Frage gestaltungsf\u00e4hig und orientierungsgebend zu bleiben.<\/p>\n

Einige Beitr\u00e4ge in diesem Brief geben euch Einblick in diesen inneren Dialog:<\/p>\n

In meinem Blog-Artikel geht es um theoretische und praktische Impulse, wie Organisationen mit gegens\u00e4tzlichen Kr\u00e4ften in Erneuerungs- und Innovationsprozessen umgehen k\u00f6nnen \u2013 etwa zwischen dem\u00a0Bewahren<\/em>\u00a0und dem\u00a0Ver\u00e4ndern<\/em>. Ich zeige auf, wie Polarisierungstendenzen nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig zur Spaltung f\u00fchren m\u00fcssen, sondern als produktive Spannung im Kl\u00e4rungsprozess genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen \u2013 um eine integrative Erneuerungsenergie zu entfachen, die viele mitnimmt.<\/p>\n

Andi Knoth zeigt in seinem Blog-Artikel einen realistischen und zugleich ermutigenden Zugriff auf Strategiearbeit in Zeiten des Umbruchs. Er beleuchtet, wie Organisationen – statt umfangreiche, schnell \u00fcberholte Strategiepapiere zu erstellen \u2013 besser flexible, evolution\u00e4re Entwicklungspfade abstecken k\u00f6nnen, bei denen vielversprechende Muster Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt gest\u00e4rkt und verbreitert werden.<\/p>\n

Joana Ebbinghaus gibt uns in ihrem Blog-Artikel einen Einblick in ihre Auszeit. Es geht dabei auch um die Erfahrung des Loslassens einer N\u00fctzlichkeitslogik, die wir in allem suchen, was wir tun – sogar in der Pause.
Was hat dies mit Erneuerung und Ver\u00e4nderung zu tun? Aus unserer Sicht sehr viel. Denn Erneuerung ist ohne Loslassen nicht denkbar. Es gibt keinen kreativen Akt ohne den Moment der Kontrollabgabe. Und um Loszulassen brauchen wir Vertrauen zu uns oder zu anderen.\u00a0<\/p>\n
