Liebe Leser:innen,<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

hinter uns allen liegt ein Jahr, das uns viel abverlangt hat. Wir haben zwischen Krisenmodus und Gestaltungsdrang jongliert, haben Strukturen gehalten und vermutlich alle Momente erlebt, in denen die Hoffnung kurz den Atem angehalten hat.<\/p>\n

Wir haben uns nach Resonanz gesehnt und sie nicht immer so bekommen, wie sie gew\u00fcnscht war, zu viele Dissonanzen waren im Feld.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Deswegen w\u00fcnschen wir Euch f\u00fcr das noch neue Jahr: echte Mutanf\u00e4lle.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Den Mut zu Wahrheiten, die ausgesprochen werden wollen, und die Freiheit, das \u201eschlechte Gewissen\u201c gegen ein herzhaftes \u201ePiece of Cake\u201c einzutauschen.<\/p>\n

M\u00f6get ihr R\u00e4ume finden, in denen nicht nur effizient gearbeitet wird, sondern in denen Mehrsamkeit sp\u00fcrbar ist \u2013 dieses besondere Gef\u00fchl, dass wir im Wirksamen nicht allein sind.<\/p>\n

Wir brauchen eine stabile Zivilgesellschaft, ja. Und wir brauchen vor allem Menschen wie euch, die sie mit Herz und Verstand f\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n

Deswegen wollen wir euch wieder mal eine Frage schenken:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Was w\u00fcrde sich in eurer Zusammenarbeit sofort ver\u00e4ndern, wenn Vertrauen kein Vorschuss w\u00e4re, den man sich verdienen muss, sondern die radikale Grundannahme eures Handelns?<\/em><\/p>\n
