Liebe Leser:innen,<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

die Tage werden sp\u00fcrbar l\u00e4nger, doch die K\u00e4lte weicht nur langsam. Wir stehen in dieser Zwischenzeit, in dem der Winter noch nachhallt und der Fr\u00fchling sich erst ank\u00fcndigt. Wie im Ecocycle \u2013 diesem nat\u00fcrlichen Kreislauf aus Reife, R\u00fcckzug und Neuwerden \u2013 ist auch bei uns vieles im \u00dcbergang. Nicht alles ist schon sichtbar, doch unter der Oberfl\u00e4che beginnt etwas zu wachsen.<\/p>\n

Vielleicht kennt ihr das: Da ist diese Ahnung, dass sich etwas ver\u00e4ndert, aber es braucht noch einen Moment. Das ist okay. Gerade in dieser Phase liegt die Chance, bewusst zu sp\u00fcren: Was will ich mitnehmen? Was darf neu entstehen?<\/p>\n

In Prozessen nennen wir diese Phase „Emergenz“. Es ist der Moment, in dem die alten Strukturen nicht mehr recht greifen, die neuen Visionen aber noch wie zarte Triebe unter einer gefrorenen Erdschicht liegen. Es ist eine Phase, die uns oft herausfordert, weil wir so sehr auf Sichtbarkeit und messbare Ergebnisse fokussiert sind. Doch genau wie der Februar uns lehrt, dass das Licht zunimmt, bevor die erste Bl\u00fcte erscheint, brauchen auch Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse diese Zeit der unsichtbaren Reifung.<\/p>\n

Wir neigen dazu, den Erfolg einer Ver\u00e4nderung erst dann zu feiern, wenn das \u201eNeue\u201c in voller Pracht dasteht. Aber die eigentliche Arbeit \u2013 das Aushandeln von Werten, das Heilen von alten Konflikten oder das vorsichtige Ausprobieren neuer Rollen \u2013 findet genau jetzt statt. In der Stille.<\/p>\n

Was bedeutet das f\u00fcr eure Vorhaben im Moment?<\/p>\n

Geduld als Kompetenz:<\/strong> Manchmal ist das Beste, was wir tun k\u00f6nnen, dem Prozess den Raum zu geben, den er braucht, ohne ihn mit k\u00fcnstlichem Hochdruck zu forcieren.<\/p>\n

Spurensuche:<\/strong> Wo zeigen sich bereits die ersten \u201eSchneegl\u00f6ckchen\u201c? Welche kleinen Signale deuten darauf hin, dass die neue Kultur oder die neue Strategie bereits Wurzeln schl\u00e4gt?<\/p>\n

Innehalten:<\/strong> Bevor der Trubel des Fr\u00fchlings (oder des n\u00e4chsten Quartals) uns vollends mitrei\u00dft, ist jetzt der Moment, die Ausrichtung noch einmal zu pr\u00fcfen.<\/p>\n

In diesem SOCIUS brief findet ihr wie immer Impulse, wie wir gemeinsam diese \u00dcberg\u00e4nge gestalten k\u00f6nnen \u2013 sei es durch methodische Begleitung, kollegialen Austausch oder einfach durch das Teilen von Erfahrungen aus der Praxis.<\/p>\n
