Heute ist es: \u201e<em>What we pay attention to, grows\u201c \u2013 das, worauf wir unsere Aufmerksamkeit richten, w\u00e4chst<\/em>. Dieses\u00a0<em>Pleasure Principle<\/em>\u00a0besagt, dass der positive Blick eine selbstverst\u00e4rkende Kraft ist: Vertrauensvorsch\u00fcsse bauen Vertrauen auf; der Fokus auf das Gelingende st\u00e4rkt das Gelingen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Prinzip impliziert auch, dass wir die \u201edunkle Seite\u201c durch Aufmerksamkeitsentzug ein St\u00fcck weit austrocknen k\u00f6nnen. Viele meiner Freund:innen schauen keine Nachrichten mehr \u2013 ein verst\u00e4ndlicher Selbstschutz, aber irgendwie auch defensiv.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aufbruchstimmung des Fr\u00fchlings ist der ideale Moment, uns zu fragen: Wem oder was schenken wir unsere Aufmerksamkeit? Eine positive Haltung zu kultivieren ist gesund, aber die Antwort kann nicht lauten,\u00a0<em>nur<\/em>\u00a0das Sch\u00f6ne zu sehen. Wenn die Zeit erfordert, uns gegen den Sturm zu stellen, m\u00fcssen wir das Emp\u00f6rende benennen. Wenn wir eine vielversprechende Alternative am Rand entdecken, m\u00fcssen wir sie gie\u00dfen und besingen. Und wenn es Zeit ist zu regenerieren, brauchen wir den Blick f\u00fcr das Heilsame.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Zeit, in der die St\u00fcrme h\u00e4ufiger und h\u00e4rter werden, m\u00f6chten wir von Euch wissen: Wie schaut Ihr auf die Welt?
