Selbstorganisation, New Work und Agilit\u00e4t<\/b> sind nicht nur Schlagworte, sondern die Essenz moderner Organisationskultur. Die Welt der Arbeit hat sich ver\u00e4ndert, und mit ihr die Art und Weise, wie Teams und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zusammenarbeiten. In dieser \u00c4ra der Ver\u00e4nderung geht es nicht nur darum, Aufgaben zu verteilen, sondern auch Verantwortung und Entscheidungsmacht auf breitere Schultern zu legen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trotz dieser Ver\u00e4nderungen sehnen sich Menschen immer noch nach Orientierung und Struktur, nach klaren Rollen und Aufgaben. Selbst:Organisations:Entwicklung legt einen starken Fokus auf die <\/span>Transformation von Interaktionsmustern und Sinnsystemen<\/b>, die Organisationskulturen pr\u00e4gen. Im Zweiten Modul lernst Du Ans\u00e4tze der Kulturentwicklung wie das Guerilla Gardening und die Dialogische OE kennen. In Bezug auf die Praxis der Selbstorganisation lernst Du das Arbeiten mit Purpose und Core Principles sowie Praktiken von Teamcare und Resilienz kennen. Im dritten Modul lernst Du Ans\u00e4tze der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung, des organisationalen Lernens und der zyklischen Herstellung von <\/span>Alignment und gemeinsamer Handlungsorientierung<\/b> kennen. Als zentrale Selbstorganisations-Praktiken werden das spannungsbasierte Arbeiten, Feedbackroutinen und die machtkritische Gestaltung von Teamprozessen beleuchtet. Anhand von Haltungen und Methoden des <\/span>Facilitating Emergence und des Art of Hosting<\/b> erprobst Du Formen des \u201eRaum Haltens\u201c und findest auf pers\u00f6nlicher Ebene neue Zug\u00e4nge zum Umgang mit Spannungen und Konflikten in der Transformationspraxis.<\/span>
