Ein Labor \u00fcber kollektive Trauer, gebrochene Versprechen und das, was unter der Wut liegt<\/h2>\n

Wer in der Zivilgesellschaft arbeitet, ist es gewohnt, dass Projekte enden. Der dritte Sektor kennt Unsicherheit, Befristung und Umbruch. Was jedoch gerade passiert, hat eine andere Qualit\u00e4t: Strukturen, die \u00fcber Jahre gewachsen sind, sollen abgebaut werden. Arbeit, die Menschen sch\u00fctzte und st\u00e4rkte, verliert ihre Grundlage. Das, was sicher erschien, ist ins Wanken geraten.<\/p>\n

Das macht w\u00fctend. Und das ist gut so. Wut mobilisiert, sie w\u00e4rmt, sie verbindet, sie l\u00e4sst uns laut werden, sie treibt uns an, neue Wege zu finden.<\/p>\n

UND<\/strong> unter der Wut sitzt meistens noch etwas anderes, leiseres: Die Trauer \u00fcber einen Verlust, den wir noch nicht richtig in Worte fassen k\u00f6nnen; die Trauer \u00fcber ein Versprechen, das gebrochen wurde, die Trauer \u00fcber eine Zukunft, f\u00fcr die wir gek\u00e4mpft und auf die wir gebaut haben. F\u00fcr all das gibt es im Projekte-Alltag selten Raum. Der n\u00e4chste Antrag wartet, die n\u00e4chste Sitzung, die n\u00e4chste Idee.<\/p>\n

In diesem SOCIUS labor wollen wir genau diesen Raum schaffen und gemeinsam innehalten.<\/p>\n

Wir gehen nicht davon aus, dass Trauer verarbeitet werden muss, um sie hinter uns zu lassen. Wir glauben, dass sie integriert werden will \u2013 dass sie einen Ort braucht, Beachtung, Gemeinschaft, Akzeptanz. Trauer geh\u00f6rt zu uns. Auch die kollektive.<\/p>\n

Unsere Fragen f\u00fcr dieses Labor: Wie k\u00f6nnen wir das, was hinter der Wut liegt, so in unseren Alltag integrieren, dass es uns langfristig nicht schw\u00e4cht \u2013 sondern tr\u00e4gt? Und wie gestalten wir R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr kollektive Trauer, die st\u00e4rken statt l\u00e4hmen?<\/p>\n

Wir kommen nicht mit fertigen Antworten. Wir legen diese Fragen in die Mitte \u2013 und erforschen sie gemeinsam. Wir haben ein paar Ideen und Ans\u00e4tze, die wir gerne mit in die Mitte legen.<\/p>\n

\u200bDieses Labor richtet sich an Menschen, die selbst von K\u00fcrzungen und dem Abbau zivilgesellschaftlicher Strukturen betroffen sind \u2013 ob gerade mittendrin oder schon hindurch. Und an Berater:innen, Facilitator:innen und Begleitende, die solche Prozesse mit anderen gestalten oder gestalten wollen. Vorkenntnisse braucht es keine \u2013 nur die Bereitschaft, innezuhalten.<\/p>\n

            Nathalie ist Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaftlerin und widmet sich seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren der St\u00e4rkung zivilgesellschaftlichen Engagements in seinen verschiedensten Facetten. Seit 2020 unterst\u00fctzt sie die Arbeit von Organisationen und Teams auch als Trainerin, Prozessbegleiterin und Coach.<\/p>\n

            Die Frage, wie wir als Gesellschaft mit anhaltenden Krisen, kollektiven Verlusten und tiefgreifenden Ver\u00e4nderungen umgehen, begleitet Nathalie dabei schon lange. Vor allem Pandemie, Klimakrise und die zunehmende gesellschaftliche Polarisierung haben ihr dabei immer wieder vor Augen gef\u00fchrt, wie wenig Raum es f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung dieser Ereignisse gibt. Aber eine Gesellschaft, die Trauer verdr\u00e4ngt, verliert damit auch ihre F\u00e4higkeit zur gemeinsamen Erinnerung und gleichzeitig zur Zukunftsgestaltung.<\/p>\n

            Nicola ist Prozessbegleiterin und Organisationsberaterin bei SOCIUS. Ihre Ausbildung zur Trauerbegleiterin hat sie 2023\/24 gemacht. Sie bringt gelebte Erfahrung mit: mit Trauer, mit dem K\u00f6rper als Ort des Verlustes, und mit dem, was Menschen und Gruppen brauchen, um wieder Boden zu finden. Auch vor der Arbeit macht Verlust nicht Halt, deswegen brauchen Teams R\u00e4ume, in denen Trauer sichtbar sein darf \u2013 und in denen sie nicht allein gelassen werden. Sie ist \u00fcberzeugt, dass Trauer \u2013 wenn sie gesehen und gehalten wird \u2013 reifen und wachsen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n

            Mit diesem SOCIUS labor will sie sich einem weiteren Thema \u00f6ffnen: kollektiver Trauer in Organisationen: Was passiert in Organisationen und in der Zivilgesellschaft, wenn Projekte sterben, Strukturen wegbrechen, Versprechen gebrochen werden?\u00a0<\/p>\n
