Wir vergessen <\/span>Worte<\/span>. Wir vergessen, was in der letzten Sitzung besprochen wurde. Wir stehen vor einer Gruppe und merken, wie der rote Faden pl\u00f6tzlich weg ist. Und irgendwie haben wir uns damit abgefunden \u2014 mit dem Glauben, dass ein gutes Ged\u00e4chtnis etwas ist, das man hat oder eben nicht hat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stimmt nicht.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das Ged\u00e4chtnis ist kein Talent. Es ist eine F\u00e4higkeit. Und wie jede F\u00e4higkeit l\u00e4sst sie sich trainieren \u2014 mit den richtigen Methoden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Loci-Methode \u2014 oder: wie Cicero seine Reden hielt<\/span><\/h2>\n

Eine dieser Methoden ist so alt wie die Rhetorik selbst. Cicero nutzte sie, um stundenlange Reden frei zu halten, ohne ein einziges Blatt Papier. Griechische Intellektuelle entwickelten sie, weil B\u00fccher selten und teuer waren und das Wissen im Kopf gespeichert werden musste. Der Kern ist denkbar einfach: Unser Gehirn erinnert sich an Orte und Bilder mit erstaunlicher Pr\u00e4zision \u2014 weit besser als an abstrakte Informationen. Die Loci-Methode macht sich genau das zunutze. Du verkn\u00fcpfst das, was du behalten willst, mit <\/span>visualisierten Orten und schaffst mentale Verbindungen von aufeinanderfolgenden Informationen zu diesen <\/span>Orten<\/span>.<\/span> Du baust dir einen inneren Raum \u2014 und gehst ihn ab, wann immer du dich erinnern willst.<\/span><\/p>\n

Was klingt wie ein Trick f\u00fcr Ged\u00e4chtnissportler:innen, ist in Wirklichkeit eine Einladung: in die eigene Vorstellungskraft, in r\u00e4umliches Denken, in eine ganz andere Art, mit Wissen umzugehen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warum das ein SOCIUS Labor ist<\/b><\/p>\n
