Support for Associations and Networks
Developing associations
Associations usually have highly complex structures and follow their own logics. The development of an association often involves making communication and decision-making processes transparent and more permeable. In our experience, development processes are more successful if all relevant internal and external stakeholder groups are involved.
Network- and portfolio strategies
Maximising the growth of your networks is not necessarily the best strategy. We support you in establishing and further developing stakeholder alliances, corporate clusters and funding portfolios of foundations. In doing so, we foster trusting relationships, competence development, professional exchange and strategic coordination. Concepts such as community intelligence and collective impact inspire our approaches.
Studies and field research
Field studies are an integral part of our work, whether self-initiated or commissioned research projects. We use both qualitative social research methods and market research instruments. Unless otherwise agreed, we generally make the findings of our studies available to the public.
