Visual Harvesting

Making complex worlds visible

Using visual worlds

We help you to make complexity visible and tangible. With visual harvesting, scribing and graphic recording, we bring your ideas, insights and processes into shape so that they not only become clearer, but also remain more vivid. Our visual process support creates spaces in which collective knowledge is created and transformed.

What does visual harvesting mean?
Our understanding

„A group can consist of individual intelligent people, but only when the group knows what it knows collectively does it become intelligent itself.“
Peter Senge

Visual Harvesting is more than just capturing content - it is a creative and strategic method for visualising dynamics, ideas and collective knowledge. We use colours, shapes and symbols to create clarity that goes beyond words.

Visual accompaniment makes it possible to grasp topics intuitively, structure dialogues and stimulate the creativity of those involved. It not only reinforces shared memories, but also promotes joint learning and the ability to decipher complex relationships. Visual harvesting thus becomes a tool that sustainably supports change processes.

In a world where complexity has become the norm, visual process support enables a deep understanding of content and context. It brings creativity to dialogues and meetings and creates a connection between what is said and what is meant.

Visual Harvesting makes visible what groups know together and thus strengthens the intelligence of the collective. It not only helps to record results, but also to structure them and make them strategically usable. The visual artefacts created have an impact far beyond the moment - they can be used for internal communication, strategic planning or public relations work.

Especially at a time when social, ecological, political and existential crises are overlapping, we need spaces that enable more than just the exchange of information: spaces in which shared realisation and deeper understanding can emerge. Especially [...]
