Transformative resilience

Ways of inner strengthening

Developing and anchoring resilience in the team

We support you in strengthening the resilience of your teams and organisation from the inside out. With effective approaches and practices, we help you not only to overcome challenges, but also to use them as opportunities for growth and development. Together, we promote the collective resilience that will sustain you as a team and organisation in the long term.

What does resilience mean?
Our understanding

The most important achievement is to find the strength within oneself that makes life possible. - Simone de Beauvoir

For us, resilience means being in relationship - with ourselves, with others and with what is currently happening. It is not about enduring everything or functioning, but about staying present, finding answers for the situation at hand and working together meaningfully on a solid basis.

Resilience is a process, not a state. It is dynamic and iterative, sometimes full of strength, sometimes on the way back to this strength. Practices and targeted tools help us to master transitions and learn from challenges. Resilience connects us with our values and abilities and creates space for growth - individually and collectively.

In a world characterised by uncertainty and change, resilience is becoming a decisive factor for collaboration and organisations. Resilience does not develop by itself - it needs spaces in which people can reflect on their stress patterns, develop emotional intelligence and connect with their values.

Resilience is deeply connected to our body and our relationships. It is strengthened when we create trusting connections and rely on clear values. At the same time, resilience enables us to see crises as learning opportunities and to establish sustainable ways of working that regenerate rather than exhaust. Transformative resilience thus becomes a shared practice that makes organisations resilient and fit for the future.

Resilience, organisational development

Words for what is lost

Back in early June, we met for the SOCIUS lab on collective grief. Nathalie Rajević and I were surprised and delighted by the response to our invitation; the reaction we’re used to hearing is: “That’s a really important topic, it’s good that you’re doing this” – and then perhaps three to five people actually take the time to […]

Survey results: Internal stabilisation during disruption

In April, we asked you how you experience the current situation in your organisations. Not superficially, not diplomatically - but honestly. 16 teams from the civil society sector responded. We asked six questions: about stress in the team, psychological safety, the financial situation, personnel, networks - and an open question at the end [...]
