Projects consist of more than just concepts, plans and ticks next to milestones: Every goal formulation is based on a balancing act between one's own and external demands.; Every plan involves a breathtaking leap into the unpredictable; fantasies of failure and heroism lurk beneath every responsible role. As projects become personal, they have the potential to be a playing field for personal development.

This book, published in the summer, examines the intersection of personal and professional development in project management from the perspective of training and coaching support. It is based on Gudrun Zipper and Andreas Knoth's many years of work in the Robert Bosch Foundation's lecturer programme.
