The New Quality of Work Initiative (INQA) is a federal programme for the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises and non-profit organisations. With the INQA Coaching has recently launched the follow-up programme to Unternehmenswert:Mensch, in which some SOCIUS team members were also accredited and have supported a total of around 80 funded organisational development processes over the past five years.
For the new INQA Coaching programme Hannah Kalhorn, Joana Ebbinghaus, Andreas Knoth, Nicola Kriesel and Christian Baier have been authorised as INQA coaches* and can now be requested for INQA-supported processes.
INQA Coaching is about Agility and digitalisation, participation of employees and a future-proof HR policy.
For authorisation, we had to submit certificates, evidence of further training on agility and process consulting as well as numerous references for the various design fields of the programme and, last but not least, complete an online test. The design fields of the programme are - always in the context of digitalisation:
- Personnel policy, employment & qualification
- Social relations & culture
- Leadership, professional development & career
- Workplace of the future, working time & performance policy
- New business models & innovation strategies
- Production models & work organisation
Up to 80% of the consultancy costs can be covered by the programme. To do this, you need to contact an INQA advice centre for an initial consultation, where your eligibility will be checked and an INQA coaching cheque will be issued. You should definitely mention in your request that it is also about the digitalisation of your work processes. This can also be very low-threshold.
Depending on the size of your organisation, INQA coaching follows a well thought-out process alternating between management, the process group and employees. It should not last longer than 7 months in total.
To be eligible for funding, you must have at least one person subject to social security contributions and you must have been in existence as an organisation for at least 2 years.
