You haven't heard everything yet!

Socius Laboratory 11-2024

Overview

For oe-day 2025 on 13 June, we thought it would be „There's still a lot more to say!“. As the day progressed, it became clear that there was still much more to hear!„
The oe-tag was a place where people could juxtapose stories without arguing about who had the final say on interpretation, without searching for quick or universally valid answers. Instead, it was about listening. Being there. With all perspectives and all the complexity that entails.
A space that has made so much possible in terms of encounters and exchange, and at the same time it became clear: this is just the beginning and we still need spaces for exchange and joint research. That is why we invite you to the online salon, who continues our discussions.

For whom?

For whom?
  • To everyone who took part in oe-day – whether as participants, workshop leaders or supporters.
  • For anyone who wants to reflect on the event, has questions, or simply wants to reconnect.
  • For all those who did not „understand“ everything, but were touched.
  • For anyone who wants to stick with it.
  • For anyone who couldn't attend the oe-tag event but is interested in the topic.

How much?

expenses
  • The salon takes place digitally via Zoom instead.
  • You can actively participate in the discussion or simply listen.
  • It will be no record give – the room remains protected.
  • Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.

What are you taking with you? What awaits you?

  • We would like to continue communicating with you:
    – How did the experience affect you?
    – How do these experiences affect your personal, professional and political contexts?
    – What does this mean for your work with people and organisations?
  • Opening up a space for joint reflection. In the online salon, we want to create an atmosphere in which voices are heard – with time, resonance and space for ambivalence.
  • Opportunities to learn about other perspectives, share your own thoughts or simply listen
  • A space where emotions are allowed to flow – with clear structures and a secure framework
  • A space where we can work together to find ideas on how to incorporate different perspectives and backgrounds into our work in organisations.
