Dear readers,
Behind us all lies a year that has demanded a lot from us. We have juggled between crisis mode and the urge to organise, held structures and probably all experienced moments in which hope briefly held its breath.
We longed for resonance and didn't always get it the way we wanted, there was too much dissonance in the field.
That's why we wish you all the best for the New Year: real fits of courage.
The courage to speak the truth and the freedom to swap a guilty conscience for a savoury piece of cake.
May you find spaces in which work is not only done efficiently, but in which you can feel a sense of solidarity - that special feeling that we are not alone in what is effective.
We need a stable civil society, yes. And above all, we need people like you to fill it with heart and mind.
That's why we want to give you another question:
What would change immediately in your collaboration if trust was not an advance that you had to earn, but the radical basic assumption of your actions?
No matter where you are right now: We wish you peace of mind and the unshakeable belief that we can work together in a meaningful way.
As always, we look forward to hearing from you!
