Dear readers,
Every now and then, when something is really important to us, we treat ourselves to sending you a special newsletter outside of the monthly SOCIUS newsletter. And today is one of those days.
We would like to invite you to our new training course:
Developing conflict management skills:
Living out our creative power and strengthening our connections
Together with Dr Tanja Hetzer-Diallo from the Hanuman Institute We have launched this initiative because we are convinced that, both now and in the future, we would all do well not to shy away from conflicts in the workplace, in relationships and in society, but rather to shape and transform them into opportunities to strengthen connections and foster encounters.
We have known Tanja for many years and greatly value her work as a supervisor specialising in process work. That is why we are so delighted that, together with SOCIUS, she is bringing her art of conflict resolution – based on the process work of Amy and Arnold Mindell – to this learning space, thereby giving us and you the opportunity to take part in this training.
In this special newsletter, we’d like to take the opportunity to introduce Tanja and her work to you, and to give you a few insights into the training programme.
As always, we look forward to your feedback, questions and, of course, your registrations!
