» Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive« - Howard Thurman

I work with great confidence in self-organisation and love the path between creative dynamics and concise structures.

My educational background focuses on the topic of organisation: In addition to a degree in critical psychology with a focus on work and organisational psychology at the FU Berlin, I completed a Master's in Business Studies with a focus on management and organisation at UCD Dublin.

I have worked for many years in collectives and initiatives as well as in companies and foundations in an international context - including in Bosnia-Herzegovina as programme manager for ASF and the WoH Foundation for Victims of War as well as in the implementation of international research projects for SKP Strategy Consultants. With SOCIUS, I have been supporting change and strategy processes in organisations and networks since 2002.

I live in partnership and community between town and country, love the sea and the world and have a passion for jazz improvisation - always fascinated by people who can really listen.
