»Be the change you want to see in the world«

Mahatma Gandhi

The driving force behind my work is to provide impetus for organisations to develop into places where people enjoy working, can develop personally and contribute to the success of the common purpose. I am inspired by the perspective of living learning and self-organised processes - according to which all living things, from the smallest cell to the largest organisation, are always learning and developing coherently on their own.

I live in the beautiful city of Halle, where I also studied educational science/adult education. Building on this, I completed training in conflict management, organisational development and systemic consulting. With this foundation, I have been working with and in teams in the non-profit sector for many years - as a voluntary board member, full-time manager and freelance consultant.

My roots are in the Ore Mountains, where as a child and teenager I was shaped by my love of nature and the cheerful closeness of a large family. But the time of upheaval and the individual and collective crisis in East Germany were also part of my upbringing and taught me early on that dealing with crises and changes is part of life and that they should be seen as an opportunity for development and organisation.
