»Bringing people into contact with their inner world and with others is the key to successful cooperation and social co-determination.«

Yi-Cong Lu

I was born in 1982 and have been working as an innovation coach, facilitator, organisational developer and conflict mediator since 2016. After studying design, I discovered my passion for helping people realise their creative potential and grow as a result. Today, I support teams and organisations in developing innovation-friendly, vibrant and human cultures and processes. I help them to redesign both their collaboration and their value creation. I draw on my experience from various areas such as New Work, conflict mediation, design thinking and mindfulness and teach these topics at various universities (including Witten/Herdecke University, Hasso Plattner Institute Potsdam and SMI Steinbeis).

One focus of my work is the implementation of participatory design processes in which different people and organisations are brought together and empowered to solve problems together and create something new.

It is particularly important to me to create spaces that promote encounters - with oneself and with others - and thus pave the way for sustainable change and meaningful collaboration.
