Leadership is a multi-layered process that affects everyone who works together in organisations. It begins with self-leadership, the examination of biographical imprints and values, and spans from working relationships to the design of organisational structures and practices. For us, leadership is not just a role, but a dynamic interplay of inner attitude, interpersonal responsibility and organisational framework conditions.

Leadership is characterised by the balance between effectiveness and resistance - sometimes as a calm river, sometimes as a turbulent white-water ride. But it is always about finding viable answers to key questions: What gives us direction? How do we shape relationships? And how do we contribute to a world that reflects our values?

Leadership is a journey that never ends. It requires courage to deal with power and responsibility, as well as the willingness to unlearn obstacles and create something new. Good leadership is characterised by trust - in oneself and in others. It creates spaces in which people can grow and realise their potential, and reacts flexibly to the dynamics of a constantly changing world.

Values-based leadership practice combines personal clarity and organisational responsibility. Leadership is both individual and collective: it is reflected in the attitude that each individual adopts, in the relationships between people and in the way organisations shape themselves and their environment.

  • Annual training programme „Leadership with attitude“:
    An intensive accompaniment in presence that helps you to discover and deepen your own leadership practice.
  • Individual leadership coaching:
    Tailor-made support for individuals or organisations that want to strengthen their managers in a targeted manner.
  • SOCIUS Laboratories:
    Creative learning spaces that deepen specific aspects of leadership in self-organisation, such as the „7 muscles of self-organisation“ or „Leadership in self-organisation (LiSO)“.
  • Online courses:
    With the SOCIUS Change Essentials online course, you can flexibly acquire knowledge and tools for leadership.
