Draufblick mitten im Wandel - Wie lässt sich die KI-Transformation in Organisationen gestalten?

Kaum ein Thema ist in Organisationen aktuell so aufgeladen wie KI, und hinterlässt bei der Einführung so viel Unsicherheit wie die Einführung von KI. Fast alle Mitarbeitenden nutzen es privat, viele längst auch im Arbeitskontext, oft jedoch über private Accounts;  doch die organisationale Integration gelingt bislang selten: Über 80 Prozent der Organisationen geben an, dass KI in den letzten drei Jahren keine spürbaren Effekte auf Produktivität oder Zusammenarbeit hatte. Woran liegt das und worauf kommt es bei der KI-Transformation an?

In diesem SOCIUS-Labor bekommt ihr einen Überblick und Zeit, die eigene Organisation darin zu verorten. Wir besprechen:

• Paradigmenwechsel verstehen - Warum KI Organisationen tiefgreifender verändert als frühere Digitalisierungswellen und was daraus folgt.
• Überblick Status quo - Was mit heutigen Tools bereits möglich ist und wie KI typischerweise eingesetzt wird.
• Typische Ansätze der KI-Integration - Worauf es ankommt und was die häufigsten Stolpersteine sind.
• Standortbestimmung - Wo steht die eigene Organisation gerade?
• Ausblick auf die KI-native Organisation - wie tief integrierte KI aussehen könnte, was Tech-Konzerne dafür aktuell planen und wie sich die Zusammenarbeit dadurch verändern könnte.

In den weiteren Laboren dieser Reihe thematisieren wir folgendes:

• Wie sich Rollen, Entscheidungen und Zusammenarbeit gestaltet werden müssen, damit im Zuge der KI-Integration Menschen in der Organisation urteils- und verantwortungsfähig bleiben.
• Wie sich der Wert der Menschen und der Wesenskern einer Organisation in Zeiten von KI bewahren und stärken lässt.
• Was digitale Souveränität und Sicherheit praktisch und pragmatisch bedeuten.
• Welche Auswirkungen KI auf die Kultur der Organisation haben.

I draw on my experience from various areas such as New Work, conflict mediation, design thinking and mindfulness and teach these topics at various universities (including Witten/Herdecke University, Hasso Plattner Institute Potsdam and SMI Steinbeis).
