»II'm happy when the weather is cloudy, because if I'm not happy, the weather is cloudy too

Freely adapted from Karl Valentin

Born in 1961, I studied history, Protestant theology and journalism (M.A.). I initially worked for various concentration camp memorials, then for seven years for the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB), most recently in a managerial position. In 2005, I qualified as a counsellor and joined SOCIUS.

My aim is to help you gain new perspectives and develop the ability to act. I do not offer ready-made solutions - I develop these together with my clients, tailored to the specific situation. I see my work as value-based: Fairness, ethical and ecological sustainability in the most participatory settings possible are important to me. I work in a mixture of result and process orientation and primarily use techniques from systemic consulting, symbol and constellation work as well as visualisation.

I love reading, cycling and playing Doppelkopf, appreciate periods of purpose-free pause and enjoy being inspired by art.
