»Between structure and feeling, responsibility and trust, there is a place where encounters take place and connections are formed. This is where I accompany organisations, teams and individuals in times of change.«

I am a facilitator, mediator and co-creator of new educational and working cultures. Justice, self-determination and connection are values that guide me and were already important to me during my law studies and legal training in Frankfurt am Main and Göttingen.

For over two decades, I have been working at the intersection of organisation and personal development. In doing so, I place great importance on combining clear structures with empathy and a deep respect for individual processes.

I love creating spaces where genuine encounters can take place, allowing new things to emerge together. My compass in this endeavour is critical thinking, emotional attentiveness and a trauma-sensitive approach. I combine structural clarity with heart, intuition and a deep trust in the self-organisation of people and systems.

Experiences with loss, learning in times of change and the longing for lively collaboration shape my work, as do appreciative communication, curiosity and body-oriented work.

My heart beats for cultures where leadership is shared. I support teams and managers in making decisions more participatory, using conflicts as learning opportunities, and trying out new forms of collaboration.  I am guided by the conviction that good organisations not only function, but are alive – with room for personal responsibility, inclusion, an awareness of intersectionality and personal growth.

My personal growth has been shaped by my experiences as a mother and partner, living in the big city, my longing for nature and always for the sea, my experiences as the daughter of a single, working mother in the 1970s and 1980s, and a great curiosity about everything human.

I am an authorised coach in INQA Coaching Programme. Working with me can be funded under the 80% programme.
