Our team

The SOCIUS team brings together nine process facilitators based in Berlin, Halle (Saale) and Hamburg. Where possible, we work in pairs, combining complementary professional backgrounds, skills and passions.
In our consulting practice, we bring working biographies as managers in foundations, associations, international organisations and authorities, as committed individuals and networkers in cultural initiatives, community projects and independent schools, or as social entrepreneurs, designers and researchers in the field of innovation.
