Self: Organisations: Development

Overview

Self-organisation, new work and agility are not just buzzwords, but the essence of modern organisational culture. The world of work has changed, and with it the way teams and managers work together. In this era of change, it is not just a matter of distributing tasks, but also of placing responsibility and decision-making power on broader shoulders.

Despite these changes, people still long for guidance and structure, for clear roles and responsibilities. The idea that „everyone does everything and talks about everything“ often leads to chaos, endless meetings, and opaque decision-making processes.

It doesn't have to be that way!
